Good place to experience Hettich hardware and solutions. Staff was friendly to explain in detail the differences of multi models and variants.

Great place for kitchen fittings! They will link you with the vendor Mr. Lakshmipathy, who will take care of all your needs for you and give you the best kitchen. They ve got wardrobe fittings as well.

I would warn you not to buy anything from this store. Why? here it goes... I walked in to the store 3 weeks back and the team showed ke the products and told me that they have a free design service, where they help you plan your kitchen. They will help you with the drawings etc and if you decide to have a copy of the drawing then you need to pay 1300 bucks. I thought it was a very good deal. So, I decided to avail the service.When they first called me to show the drawing I noticed that they got the entire floor plan wrong- I had shared them 3 days before and when I pointed this to them Sheetal.( staff).trued changing the topic. I didn't mind as I thought it must have been a miss. Next I gave them all the changes and they got back to me in 2 days. On asking for the drawing they told me that I need to pay 2000 as I gave them wrong brief - which is not true. Sheetal started throwing tantrum and I honestly had enough and decided to pay them 2000. Now the most astonishing part, I neither got the marked pdfs or the designs. I messaged sheetal but she kept saying that it's with the designer. I would urge you not to deal with them at all.

Good collection, you can get almost everything under one roof.

My experience with this store was unsatisfactory. Reasons,
- Poor customer service,
- No satisfactory reasons why they don't sell certain types (may be they were promoting newer products)
- Based on my conversation I didn't get the trust on them.

Hope they learn art of customer service soon.

Update: it's been more than a week I'm yet to get my quote from them. My perspective they are not helpful!!!

I received all my required accessories and fittings from hardware stores nearby within 1 day.

Will not recommended this store.
