What a nightmare it has been dealing with StudioNow. Just like the other reviewer said, this company is "unprofessional and amateur." I was also forced to use them for a Yelp video. We refuse to display the video they produced because of how poorly it would reflect on our business. Such a disappointment. Avoid them if you can!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is unprofessional, does not follow through. Twice we were scheduled for a shoot for our website, called in patients for testimonials and staff on their day off. And twice, no one showed up to film. Both times with ridiculous excuses. Unfortunately we have no choice but to use this horrible company because our website provider selected them. If you have a choice, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE.
