Racism, incompetent management, too little work for the amount of workers so its all just politics. As a temp youre treated like dirt by management, hicks, and all the Uncle Tom Chicago folks that live for sucking up. Leads and supervisors have no idea how to do the work theyre overseeing.
Definitely the worst place i've worked although ive had physically demanding jobs and less pay at some others. I was fired after a year when a ratchet chicagoan teamed up with an old hick by going on a complaint marathon to the supervisor unbeknownst to me.
So:
1. Pay too low for work performed.
2. Incompetent oversight.
3. Racist culture, white guys get hired within a year (some even within a month) but other stay a year plus.
4. Have to deal with Aerotek.
5. All of the above means only the manipulative survive, unless youre white.
