STR Service Centre

They charged me for the big investigation test (~£300) alongside with the routine test (~£60). The issue my car had couldn't be fixed by them as said that the parts should be sent to Mercedes and they will give an answer on the issue.
They could find with this big investigation test that my auto light was fault and switches off and on randomly.
Extremely disappointed as I realised that if they will see someone non knowledgeable in cars (a woman for example) they will try to get money from whenever they can.

This garage didn't work for me. Hope no-one else will have to waste their money this way.

I recently took my car to STR to have the air-conditioning service. The price was great, cheaper than the Main Dealer quote, and the customer service was excellent. It is also really nice to visit a garage where I don't feel intimidated or patronised. As a female driver, it is so important to find a garage that I can trust and feel confident in the work they undertake. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the service I was given, I had more problems with my car when it came out than when it went in. My car was obviously left under a tree and covered in sap and bird droppings when I picked it up which I think is pretty More

Called the guys on the day my mot on my vauxhall astra was due to expire. The guy on the phone was very helpful and managed to get my car in on that day and get it mot'd and repaired. Very helpful and great customer service would recommend to friends and family.

Had first service on Macan ,this morning, very impressed with all aspects from arrival, and enjoying a couple of hours in city centre, very very happy with the cost and they know Porsche top to bottom !
Even though mine is a family diesel, would trust them with the 918 spider next time, (only kidding).

Took my vehicle to STR again and I'd like thanks them for all the help and great service what they give me every time I visit them.

There was some confusion around the cost of the work as excluded VAT and ended up costing more than I d expected. Theresa very kindly looked into this for me and refunded some elements of the work which had been missed.

My car (not in its first flush) had several trips to STR (Martin) over several weeks. I was hugely impressed by the level of information supplied so that informed decisions could be taken every time. Quality work, timely and efficient. Exceptional customer care. Highly recommended.

Cayman in for a service wheel alignment and alloy wheel powder Coat cracking job.

Given a price for work. Carried out more work than agreed and price doubled. Then threatened me cause I refused to pay for the work I did not agreed to have done. AVOID

Great service received when I had a new tyre and MOT carried out.

Took my 335 BMW to these guys to sort out some running and performance issues. Found them very knowledgeable and professional. They sat down and explained exactly what the problems were and came up with the solutions. A week later took back for a service and MOT as very happy. Great communication, friendly and would highly recommend.

Having used STR a number of times in the last few years i wont be using them again.
They charged me for failing to resolve a problem that i believe they caused when doing a routine service.

Took my car there driving and i had to call recovery to take it home and charged me for nothing 380 pounds !!! It was a mercedes 190d old had to send back home because they sayd to repair they have to order parts witch costs over 2k ... sent the car back to my country via recovery and the mechanic repaired for 100 pounds and said the did not change or touch anything just they tryed to change the injectors and just broked it inside the engine !!!! Shame !

Had my van MOTed by str very friendly and it was so handy to leave the van with them as I pop into the city.

Excellent fault diagnosis. Took my E39 M5 here because it was running rough and down on power, their technician spotted torn hoses and once they were changed it was like driving a totally different car. Will be returning for services.

I have recently started to use STR for servicing. Great improvement on my previous dealer experiences and saving me money. Little problem of a tyre recently, kept loosing air but slowly. I thought it might be cheaper to take it to the likes of Fast fit but it was not worth it.

Good service and real people to deal with.

Recently spent some time carrying out my MOT training at the STR centre and will have to say it was a fantastic experince with a work force that clearly know what they are doing and know how to get the infomation across to you very clearly. I also found it really friendly to everyone i saw come and go from there site and everyone was happy to talk and help if you had a question. Would recommend this company to anyone that want training or repairs.

Trust....it's a big deal for me when dealing with a garage. Unfortunately after being a customer for 6 years this trust has been lost during my recent visit. Taking my car in on a Friday for a routine service I wasn't expecting not to get it back until the middle of the following week! Customer service was appalling...my only option to avoid this delay was to pay extra - thoroughly unprofessional attitude by the garage. I won't be going back.

Best garage in Norwich I have used. For 10 years i have taken everything i own there from my TVR to my old van. Great knowledge, always straight and do a good job.

My Mercedes was juddering when pulling away from standstill. Spot on diagnosis of 'dual mass' flywheel. Car is now lovely ans smooth.

I took my VW Up! into STR for a service recently and just wanted to thank Shawn and the team for their great customer service and for going above and beyond what you would normally expect from a garage. Used STR for about 4 years could not fault them,Did have then looking after 3 vehicles for me.Things went down hill last year, voted with my feet and found a bmw specialist whom provide the customer service that STR used to offer
