I did not purchase my vehicle here so cannot comment on the sales staff but the service staff is excellent! I had to bring my car in for something under warranty. I dealt with Laura on the phone and in person and she was great! She set realistic expectations about time, etc. and they over delivered. It was fast and easy. Thanks Steele Volkswagen!

Everything was great. Bought a car I wasn't intending to buy, but Stephen masterfully showed me why I should. The dealership was great, no messing around or game playing. They actually listened and gave me an awesome solution for my needs - not too much, not too little, just cool. Thanks.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Steele. They took the time to discuss options with me and I felt the negotiating process was fair on both sides. Service and communication has been top notch, and I would recommend their services for anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle.

Surprisingly for a car dealership, my two interactions with this business have been positive. Reliable, fair and reasonable pricing in the service department are a refreshingly unexpected in this industry. Keep up the good work and I just might visit when I'm due for a new set of wheels.

I have been a Volkswagen customer for quite some time and have brought my car to this location several times, I honestly would ve stopped going long ago but for convenience it is closer to my house but I will never be going back here again after experiencing such horrible customer service from the service manager Rob.
I got my windshield wipers replaced in the late summer of 2020 by the service team at this location and due to them incorrectly putting on my windshield wipers it went over the window to the car pillar on the drivers side so it was scraping off my paint, I got it repainted not knowing what the issue was and paid a large amount to get it fixed. After two weeks of getting it repainted the paint was coming off again and that's when I realized it was the windshield wipers and they were incorrectly installed which was damaging my car.
I called them and explained the whole situation and Rob assured me that if it was covered under warranty it should be no problem to get fixed. I thought okay awesome that should be no problem since they are the ones who installed it and I bought it from them. That was not the case. I took my car in and he said they ll have a look, I explained to him that I paid a hefty amount to get something fixed that wasn t a problem caused by me but by them, I was very calm and polite to him but that same tone was not reciprocated to me. I have never touched my windshield wipers, not before they installed it and not after. He looked at me and said You should ve known. I should ve said, "maybe you should ve put it on correctly the first time". Rob, I have worked in customer service for over 6 years and I can recognize poor customer service and unprofessionalism when I see it. I went into his office where he didn t even wear a mask when I entered and asked if he would take a look at my car and he wouldn t even get up and just told me the mechanics will look. How is he going to even know what the issue is if he refuses to get up from his chair to look at it? After they ,not Rob, took a look at my car to see if it s under warranty they called me and told me that they couldn t do anything. How is that fair? His team/ service mechanics installed my wipers? which then damaged my car? He then fought with my brother who called in to talk to him and hung up the phone on him and he lied to my brother about things I said in his office. He then called me after refusing to fix the damage that his team caused and said he would be happy to do a little bit of touch up but we did not ruin your car . He obviously only agreed after he realized how unprofessional he was on the phone to hang up on a customer? and to lie?
He never apologized and the touch up that was just recently done, isn t even a proper touch up. The scrapes at the bottom, which I repeatedly told them that it is part of the scrape, was not touched up . He says it had nothing to do with cost to get it fixed, yet he did not want to fix it because he said it was my fault it happened? he said it was cause of snow? We had one snow fall since the paint had been chipped and I have picture proof of when the paint chipped off.
The manager had a rude tone with me from the moment I walked in, he never apologized for his staffs mistake, and refused to take ownership for damaging my car. You guys have lost a family of Volkswagen customers. I love my car but it s hard owning a Volkswagen with such horrible service being given to us valued customers .
