What an amazing company to work with! Like most integrators, we purchase different products from different suppliers but I just wish they could all be sold by Staub. They have great service, they'll pick up the phone and reply to any questions quickly. They might be my most expensive supplier for common products like Lutron and Nest, but I still order those from them anyway because I know that everything will work and be in my hands the next day.

Can't say whether they good or bad but can say they're bit misleading. This is supply business that is not open to the public. That being said they confusingly have two websites; a residential and commercial. Yet won't sell to you unless you have a commercial account with them so not sure what the point is of a residential site. Unfortunate as they seem to be the only ones with the item I'm searching for.
