Technicians were deployed super fast and work hard to get equipment back up fast.

They offer such excellent customer service and great communication. I rarely need my machine serviced, but if I do the techs arrive quickly, are knowledgeable and get the issue resolved. Upon purchasing a Groupon, I was refused service the following day. I was told they had the availability I needed but they would not be accepting anymore Groupons and that I would have to contact Groupon for a refund. Why would a business offer something that they won't honor? This is a highly unprofessional business. I ended up going with Pack It Movers. They know customer service.

We've had our Toshiba 3040C copier with Stargel going on seven years now and just can say enough about the customer service, the few times we've had to have maintenance done or the folks we've dealt with getting toner cartridges or service scheduled. They have set the benchmark for OUTSTANDING customer service.

Nam Ha was the most courteous, kind, well mannered and excellent service technician that I have ever had with Stargel. His mother should be very proud of him for his demeanor and professionalism. He diagnosed the problems, made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left the first time. When he returned 2 days later to install the parts he was just as courteous, well mannered and professional as before. He explained why he was replacing the parts and made sure all issues we were having corrected and I can't say enough about Nam Ha. You have one excellent employee be proud.

Service was terrific. Called in after hours and had a technician here first thing the next morning. There actually was not even a problem with the machine but a human error setting on the machine causing it to display a malfunction. Even so, the technician was friendly, professional and pleasant even after having to make a trip out to our office for a simple fix. Stargel as a whole is professional, courteous, efficient, and reliable.
