These guys are one of the most unethical companies I ve dealt with. They need to come out multiple times to fix a problem and then bill you for each trip. When you ask them why you are paying them to come out 3,4,5 times instead of just fixing correctly the first time they say it s your fault. Beware when using them, you get what you pay for!
Our septic system was backed up. Justin and Matthew cleaned out the septic tank and flushed the drain. Extremely professional and efficient. We have used this company since we moved here.

Marshall and Matt from Stanley Environmental were professional and courteous. They had the septic pumped out in good time and were careful not to disturb landscaping. Brendan and the staff at the office were polite and responsive to our needs. I definitely recommend Stanley Environmental.
Stephen and Brandon were absolutely wonderful today. Arrived on time and were very friendly. Explained everything and left the yard intact. This is our 3rd experience with SES and we love this company!! Thank you for the excellent customer service, as always!!!

I just needed a septic tank cleaned at a rental property and they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. The ladies I spoke to were very professional and friendly, as was the tech who called me upon his arrival to confirm he had the correct location. I was quoted the lowest to highest prices, and ended up being charged the lowest which makes me feel they're honest. I'd definitely recommend them for this service. Very pleased.
Billy and Greg from Stanley Environmental did a great job. They were efficient, very knowledgeable, and took care of our problem. I would highly recommend them.
I called and they made us an appointment for the same afternoon. They called and let us know when they were on their way. Brandon and Stephen were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Steven and Brandon are a top notch crew. Very professional and organized. They were very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions. You can tell these guys care about the customers they serve. Stanley Environmental is a must for all septic services and plumbing related services.
Excellent service. Price is reasonable. The only issue I have is with their scheduling and arrival being erratic and unprofessional. No schedule sent in an email or calendar option was given. No texts or any clue if they were going to show up. I was given a window of time and they arrived early. They were supposed to text or call after they finished the previous job to give ample time to be there
