Scam. Get you high rates to pay monthly when going direct works out cheaper they just add there cut on and charge you.....AVOID go direct or use major well known brokers

Do not under any circumstances have anything to do with this company apart from the fact that they are more expensive than most others. Its the constant phone calls asking if everything is ok and then trying to sell you more policies while you are with them. They continue to harass you when you leave. This month alone i have received 5 phonecalls so far even though i had to block their number because I have asked numerous times for them to remove my details from the system and stop ringing me. They say they will and never bother their arse to do it. So the phone calls keep coming. I have to resort to leaving this review in a hope that they stop.

This company called me and advised as I have an IVA I need life insurance due to new government guidelines. I (foolishly) believed them and bought life insurance through them. When I contacted my debt company they told me its not true, so I cancelled the life insurance! St&r called me, I didn't answer the phone, but then they withheld their number so I would answer, and they asked me why I had cancelled, they were very rude! Crooks if you ask me!

Twice in 4 months I have started house insurance cover for it to be cancelled!
Due to direct debit mandate not being returned on time.
This is complete rubbish!! Was sent the day it was received weeks in advance both times.
Staff that rang told me there is ALOT OF PROBLRMS WITH DIRECT DEBIT MANDATES .
So I don't believe the excuse .
Also means I was without house insurance without my knowledge !
