St.Cloud Hyundai

I would like to provide a better review of St. Cloud Hyundai, but their sales approach precludes that. I visited this dealership on April 16 with a friend who was interested in a used vehicle. None of the used vehicles have the window stickers indicating the year, make, and model, nor the vehicle features and options. The price is also not indicated anywhere on the vehicles. As a result, you have one of two choices... You can look up this information on the dealership's website or ask a salesperson. Either way, this adds a lot of extra time and effort to the process of shopping for a vehicle. When a salesperson worked with us, even he didn't know the prices of any of the vehicles, or even the basic specs. We had to tell him which vehicle(s) looked like something we might want to know more about. A few minutes later he would return with more information. This process continued several times. Finally we just headed to Don Robinson Motors where all of this information is clearly posted on every vehicle, both used and new. Much more pleasant shopping experience, so we decided on a vehicle there. Incidentally, St. Cloud Toyota has the same sales practice in place, so they lost our sale as well. Hard to fathom why any dealership would seek to make a car-buying experience more difficult for customers. You're just ensuring that you lose business to dealerships that provide a much more pleasant and traditional shopping experience.

Omar was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and he was patient with all of our questions.

They gave me a great deal when purchasing my first new car. They Hyundai Santa Fe is smooth and spacious enough for road trips and camping. Their service is amazing. They call and do free replacement of recalled parts and help you with refinancing options.

They really went all out to get us into a new vehicle....Omar, the salesman was the best a person could ask for....in fact the whole Hyundai crew ....Absolutely a plus in our book

My wife and I were looking to replace, via trade, her SUV as we are down sizing. On our first day simply looking around St Cloud, MN, we slipped into St Cloud Hyundai. We tried to play it cool as we noticed my wife's dream car...a 2016 VW Turbo Beetle special edition.

A superb salesperson by the name of Omar approached us. He was so genuinely willing to work with us to get payments within the parameters we insisted on, that we sealed the deal within an hour and we drive off in a fresh trade in. Accommodating and friendly sales staff. No high pressure sales tactics. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock and they actually went out of state to get one! It was available and delivered the next day! Great experience, and we love the vehicle!! Kudos to Richard and the entire dealership!

Out experience with St.Cloud Hyundai is always great! All of the staff is friendly and answer's all our questions no matter who our salesman is. Troy our salesman is awesome, thorough with explaining things about what we may not see in our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership!
