Was working around 8 years for this company. 2012 they closed the normal line maintenance (kept the customer team) and now some month ago the compeltly close hangar maintenance because swiss is doing everything by themselfes. SRTechnics managers managed the company into stall and its just a matter of time until it will crash. They have still some contracts for line maintenance done by the customer team but they are not able to provided hangar maintenanc eif necessary even some line contracts include hangar maint. in case the customer need it.
Two star rating. I've worked for SR Technik myself once, I'm always happy and have had a lot of experience there. Unfortunately, this has unfortunately changed in recent years.
I applied again and was also invited to the 1st interview. The interview went well and was well organized. On Tuesdays I had the interview, and according to ladies and gentlemen in the interview, I would find out on Friday if I am a round or not. After waiting four weeks I have asked myself once, and received no information on the phone .... three hours later I received very impersonal and via email a rejection.
I think it's a pity that SR Technics deals with its candidate / former employee (disrespectful).
Looking from the drivers, suppliers disaster, to load or unload anything you have to pay 40 CHF for the service .. No possibility to pay the card !!! By truck, we have to drive around Zurich and look for an ATM? !!!!!
