Recently, I had the privilege of working with SpryIdeas and two of their many awesome team members, Katie and Jeremy, in implementing a new marketing automation tool - Pardot. As someone who had never used a marketing automation tool before, it was something that was completely new and different for me. I remember the very first time logging into Pardot and being utterly confused by everything that I was seeing.

With Katie and Jeremy s assistance, I was able to understand and use that platform in just six weeks. Both Katie and Jeremy are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and helpful. In weekly training sessions, they were able to answer all of the many questions I had. They were thorough about every aspect of Pardot and worked together with me to provide real life application for me and my company. With a tight timeline, they were able to be incredibly accommodating and organized with the many things we were juggling at once and within 6 weeks I was able to fully start using Pardot on my own. Beyond the training, they provided me with plenty of resources beyond themselves that has really allowed me to continue expanding my knowledge base.

Thanks to Katie and Jeremy, my life as a marketer has been made a lot easier and more efficient. Post training, I still am able to email them with questions and troubleshooting and they are still just as responsive as they were during my training process.
