Under one of the current management members, this place has already received a citation from the State of Michigan, and they've only been open a few years. They're parent company, Leisure Living Management, website says they have 26 communities and no Covid-19 cases. Not true! They've had 2 cases at Springvale, including one death of someone infectected at the facility. This place also has a very high turn over rate of employees. A new administrator has recently been hired. Hopefully she is an improvement over the present administration.
This is a great place. The care for their residents and the place is always clean and nice.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Best decision we have made for our mom.
