The absolute worst company to work with. Recently got billed for a service I don't use. Can't get a hold of anyone at the company. Website points to FAQ's and then a phone number, the phone number directs people to go to the website. Sales rep Tom Menozzi is completely MIA after several calls and emails. If you are thinking about using SportsEngine - don't. There are better platforms available. This has been 14 months of absolute headaches with zero support for a product that is over engineered and not easy to use.

While the site has some great features it is impossible to speak with a human being. I too was billed for services I never agreed to and cannot get a response from a human being or even a reply. They increase prices every year and yet offer less for the money. Time to move to a new solution.

I am the only one with access to my website (and haven't made any edits changes since 2019, because of Covid, we didn't have any events in 2020).

Last week, all of our results went missing for our events (dating back to 2013). Because I am the only one with access, I know for a fact this is an error on SportsEngine's end, and they are not taking responsibility for these files that have gone missing. I will now have to manually enter results for all of our events that went missing (from 2011-2019). I asked them if they could upload the results for me (if I sent them the files) and they said no.

For how much a club pays to get started and to maintain we should get better service. I have been waiting for over an hour and they have the nerve to tell me to hang on. Support is horrible! Way too many click to do anything. The team app has running adds all the time. Half the time, the add popup when your doing something.

Your processing fees are astronomical. $70+, because you decide to run each of my kids payments separately. You are a tech company, this should be easy with 300+employees. I have one account with you with two kids in the same sport even the level so it should be one payment instead you run two. Shame on you for taking advantage of the situation to financially gain, no wonder enrollment numbers are down in sports it is because of reasons like this. My bank changes 0.9% processing fee, instead you are changing me 3.25%+$2 twice a month because I chose to make installment payments on my two kids already expensive hockey season. Shameful!

I was hired as a contractor to work in the content group. I m very disappointed in the professionalism this company has. Throughout my employment, communication with my Manager was horrible with no response. Suddenly, no project was sent to me and after reaching out to my manager three times, I was told I was let go because Of unsatisfactory job performance. Never once did we have a conversation about my job performance or any verbal or written warning. The Manager stated that I had bad communication but I have emails and text messages to prove that HE was the one not responding back to me. I will definitely be reporting this to the BBB as I was mistreated by this company.

My boyfriend was a contractor for the content group. After a few months with no projects sent to him, he contacted his manager a few times with no reply. His manager finally texted him that they weren t satisfied with his work and had let him go without telling him. Manager also claim that he had bad communication when the emails and text message proves it was the manager who wouldn t respond back. Very unprofessional manager who lacks communication, couldn t even have the decency to call to let him know he was no longer employed, and lied that he was turning in projects late. Good thing this was just a side gig because the pay is horrible and and company is even worsts. Being in HR myself, Sportsengine is very unethical and should not deserve to be consider a top company to work for. Please take ethical business courses and retrain your workers.

There s lots of reviews regarding customer service and I see why now. Even managers have horrible communication so of course it ripples down to their workers.
