I have spent nearly $10k there in the past year and never paid more than Amazon. I have been far happier with their customer service and knowledgeable friendly staff than anyplace else.

Bought ski boots here got me in boots more suited to to me and my riding style. New equipment is expensive but these guys stand behind what they sell. 1 year fitting warrant on top of the boot warranty. They spend 2:30 hr making sure my boot fit perfect. I am happy and would buy boots here again.

Great place to get geared up. I have shopped there twice and had great experiences both times. The staff is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive which was surprising to me. I expected to pay a bit more but they were willing to price match. I couldn't be happier with this place and will definitely shop here again. The mistake of buying boots from a big chain will never happen again. You might save a few bucks online or for that matter get stuff from someone who isn't invested in what they sell but I can guarantee you unenjoyable skiing. I took my boots in to have them heated and molded because they never fit right despite being fitted at a chain sport store. Too heavy, painful toes, and worst of all getting ready to give up skiing. Explained the problem and they found me an awesome pair of boots custom molded to my feet. I was reluctant to spend so much on boots given the poor experience I had before. I've skied with these boots 3 times and have never had a pair of boots so comfortable. Thank you Sporthaus for making me love skiing again. My friend you outfitted with all the gear is also very happy. Support local business.

Just stopped by to see if they had any snow suites or shoes for kids. A young woman asked what I was looking for I told her and she said they didn t have shoes that would fit my daughter referred me somewhere else. I asked if they had any snow suites and she told me no we do not have any for kids.... I literally turned the corner and saw whole racks full of kids suites/pants and jackets. So either they don t need business or she completely lacks customer service skills. Lame I would rather shop online or somewhere else than give my money to a company who doesn t really care...

This is a great place to get winter sporting gear. They compete with online prices and give awesome service! Ski boots ain't cheap, but these guys guarantee their fits.

Great help in anythang ur looking for snow related or anythang they have, there very knowledgeable on the stuff they carry an they got me all hooked up on new boards bindings an boots an a new outfit to go with.

This is a great place for outdoor gear, paddleboards, ski equipment, tennis gear, and they have sanuk footwear and are one of the few places in tri cities that sells hydro flasks. The only problem is that there's not much space. Everything is packed really close together and I was bumping into stuff when I'd turn around. But how else are you going to fit all that great stuff there?

I go in for rentals every year and the staff have always been super helpful, nice and patient with me. I don't know of any other ski shops in the Tri-Cities and don't bother since Sport Haus is great enough!

We ve been getting our ski equipment here for the past two or three years. I ve always thought these guys were at the very least pretty good to their customers. This year we go in with our three kids expecting to Need three new sets of skis due to the kids growing. They sized all the kids up against their boots skis and poles and in the end we only ended up needing one set of skis and boots for one of the kids. They obviously weren t out to get our money. They actually set us u need three new sets of skis due to the kids growing. We went in thinking we are going to spend a couple hundred dollars on each kid and came away just spending a total of $200. We will definitely be going back next time.

Staff is always so helpful and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable about their product and never hesitate to answer any questions I may have. Totally recommend this place if you are looking for any active gear or wear.

I had an absolutely fantastic time buying my first pair of ski boots with Bart today. As I currently live in Montana and was itching to invest in ski equipment, Bart was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and answered any and all questions I had as I am still a beginner the whole process of trying on, selecting, and molding the boots took a little over an hour and every minute was so worth since my ski boots feel like they were made custom just for me (which says a lot as I am a size 12 in women s shoes ). I might live over 8 hours away now but I plan on stopping in whenever I m back home to buy more gear and support this amazing local business. Can t wait to shred the mountains in the 406 with my new boots!!

This store has what you need and a great feel. For larger purchases they do their best to price match online retailers. I can only imagine the margin hits they take by offering this courtesy.

Every time I go here, I'm always impressed at the knowledge and service I receive. I would definitely recommend them for any snowboarding/skiing setup.

Bad planning for rentals leads to two-hour long standing lines to get rentals you ve already reserved, and they pretend to follow COVID regulations with signs but a female employee (maybe even a manager since she was helping other employees) wasn t wearing a mask the entire two hours I was in there. Good gear but don t support businesses you don t feel safe in!

I told them i need a wax for my board because I was going on a trip the next day they told me my board would be done by the end of the day, I dropped it off around 930 by 5 still had no answer so i tried calling and it rang and rang and no one answered. Why i didn't go down there i live about 45 minutes away. I had to cancel my trip due to them not keeping their word. Yes they were busy when i got there so i was hesitant but the guy told me itll be done otherwise I would of done it myself. Yes they do know their knowledge as I worked up on mt hood meadows in the rental shop and they seem like great people just upset i had to cancel my trip causr they didnt keep to their word.

Great place for winter sports. Rentals, rentals, rentals and lots of great gear. One word of advice, for beginners make sure you get fitted if your renting. I filled out the form as a beginning skier but ended up with really tall skiis which made for a terrible time on the slopes. Shorter is better for new skiers, longer is better for advanced.
