I have been a photographer for a couple weddings now at the Spokane Club! I can not say enough amazing words working the the wedding coordinators, the Staff they have all been so friendly and just so helpful with anything the couple needed. One person even was like do you need anything wow I truly appreciate that so much. When we all work hard for our couples and support one another it truly brings the best day! Can't wait to photograph a wedding their again!

Almost a top class resort. Staff is nice, unless you aren't one of the in crowd. I called the front desk and asked for a pair of tweezers as their door gave my wife a splinter. They shut off my phones ability to dial 0 and call the front desk. Which was painful when an alarm in the neighbor empty room went off early in the AM and we had to dress and go downstairs to get the front desk to shut it off. <br/>Also the coffee mug had not been cleaned as it still had lip stains and a couple of the drinking glasses had milk residue. And lastly our room wasnt cleaned during the weekend. It would seem we have to order housekeeping ahead. Maybe it is because we aren't members?

For what you get they are overpriced. Not a good value.

Stayed there one night

pros :

good location
decent view
staff was friendly

Cons :

not worth the price
rooms weren't updated
half ass paint in the rooms
floor was dirty
had to pay for parking ( never stayed at a hotel where you had to pay )
gym wasn't 24 hours like every other hotel

I get its an old building but damn my house that was built in the 1800's was in similar condition

When I stay at an expensive hotel I expect it to be better than a hotel 6.

Overall a nice motel and it was walkable distance to the Spokane arena. I gave it two stars because they lost our truck when we paid for valet parking and the guy at the front desk, night time, did no effort to find it. He simply said it was not his area to know and I would have to wait for the next day to speak to someone else. It showed very poor customer service and what if I had a emergency. Also we paid the same amount for two rooms, one was nice and clean with all the accommodation, however, the second was messy and didn't have the same accommodates; i.e. iron, blow dryer, bath robes, and I only say this because the other room did and even a mirror. I would like to stay there again, I will be back for a couple conferences coming up in the area because of the location but I want to make sure I get what I paid for and reassurance my vehicle won't be lost in the books until the following day.

Parking was limited but was lucky to find a spot. Had to wait about 30 mins but host and waitress were extremely friendly and waiting area was decent; indoor and outdoor options. Sat at "bar" and loved watching the cooks make the delicious food - very entertaining! Food was served in a timely manner, presentation was great, good sized portions

Great facility, very kind and friendly staff!!!! I go there regularly for meetings and conferences, so if you are looking to book a place for your meeting, you definitely might want to check this place. They have great rooms of all sizes and styles for your events. To use their gym facility and other commodities, you would have to have membership with them. Am not a member, so I have a very limited access to this building. Its easy to get lost, but again, they have friendly staff everywhere to help direct you to wherever you need to go.

I love visiting the club for my professional and personal needs. Great place to be if you're new to town or looking for new quality friendships. Restaurant has a great menu and and great weeknight specials. Gym is fantastic and classes are always available. Hotel side has updated rooms and an incredible front desk team that will make sure your experience is excellent.

Overall, this is a nice looking hotel with very friendly staff, and fantastic spa/gym amenities. We enjoyed our stay. However, our experience could have been much better. Our bed felt very old-- too soft and springy. The biggest negative was the shower. The first night we had some warm water, some cold water. The last morning we had only cold water. The shower pressure was also inconsistent. Our friends who stayed on the first floor had a much nicer room with none of these problems.

This is a lovely historic hotel. Rooms are very small so keep that in mind, but many of them have good views of the falls. Here are the things I don t like: there is no ramp at the entrance so if you have a stroller or a wheelchair - good luck, the toilet paper might as well be a sand paper- thin, rough and awful, there is NO room service on Sundays - don t ask me why, and lastly yes they have access to a pretty nice gym and pool facsility that s adjacent to the building by a sky bridge, BUT it s only available to guests till 7PM. The things I do like: the views, the historic look that they preserved ( I like that stuff), it s in the center of down town so you can walk to most things within a few blocks, they actually still provide robes and they are soft (many hotels don t anymore), they give you nice and not cheap shower products.

1910 Restaurant, not quite sure what they served me but it was absolutely horrible and I am perplexed as to how it got through cooks, wait staff and management without being flagged. The menu said it was the filet mignon daily special but it was a dry rubbery substance about 2 ounces in portion. This place definitely needs a visit from a county food inspector.

If you don't mind paying more for a club experience but do not expect a clean club women's locker room than this is the place for you. I have lived in many other cities and have also experienced high end and low end clubs and NEVER have I seen a club/rec center that allows women to hang their dirty bathing suits and loofah rags outside their lockers indefinitely. You would think if they could afford this club they could also afford more than one bathing suit? It is like walking into a dirty strangers bathroom. But it gets better, women also decorate the outside of their lockers with quotes such as "naughty" and hang adolescent trash on their lockers too. High school issues maybe? I expressed my concern to the CEO who explained that since women/girls rent these lockers than they can put whatever they want on them. I am guessing one of the lockers I just described was one of hers. Now I know why they call Spokane "Arkansas of the West". (Oh and if you like loud obnoxious music such as "Freak Out" playing in the locker as you are getting to relax in the steam room or sauna then this is the place for you!)

The Spokane Club is a terrible establishment. I was a memeber there for 3 months. After the first month I starting receiving unknown charges, and I was being billed incorrectly. I talked to Tim in accounting who gave me the run around for two weeks before I finally had to call and yell at him at which point he said I can take care of that over the phone in just a few minutes . I also received terrible service at the restaurant on numerous occasions. At one point the service was so poor that I scheduled a meeting with the general manager who was a no show. He later said that he wasn t able to find me in the restaurant which was just another excuse for poor customer service. Needless to say I will not ever be returning to the Spokane Club and I advise others to do the same.

Great customer service and food for both room service and its restaurant, but the rooms and decor are very dated looking (although they are slowly working on modernizing the rooms and suites) and parking can be both very limited and off-site (about a 5 minute walk away) and it costs extra as well. But I cannot speak highly enough of the staff or quality of food.

Beautiful, historic building. Very well kept and clean. Service very friendly. And can't beat having access to a complete athletic club. Parking a little inconvenient which is unavoidable given the location. Beds and bedding not top of the line but do the job. We will definitely be staying again!

Brunch is a must.
Attended a wedding brunch at the club and it was fantastic. Everything prepared properly as well as courteous staff as well. Don't know what kind of sausage we got but it was great!! Absolutely recommend this place for a brunch or party!

There was a lot of hair in my bathroom that wasn't mine and the room was drafty a.f. So getting the right sleeping temp was hard. Breakfast was always good so full marks there and the bartender was lovely. Just a shame that the room was average. Lastly, just not enough plugs for this day and age.
