SpinFry provides cooking solutions that create nutrition choices. Its patented technology, SPINFRESH, is a cooking system called centrifugal frying.
SPINFRESH deep fries or boils products conventionally while its basket is raised out of the reservoir and a spinning mechanism engages the basket. The basket spins for the userβs programmed combination of speed and time. Excess oil or water, which breaks down the texture, spins off and the products continue to cook via the moist convection from the heat below.
SpinFry is based in Woodridge, Illinois.
