Dry Corp has an awesome customer service! Though when we got our product for my nephew it was too big so we couldn't use it, they totally made up for it! I will say, however, just by the feel of it you can tell it is NOT made with cheap material- very durable! We had originally ordered a covering because my nephew had broke his arm and we were going on vacation and wanted him to be able to go swimming so we rush delivered it. By the time I got a chance to get a hold of Dry Corp it was too late so we wanted to return it. Colby, the manager, definitely made sure we were happy! Not only did she refund me the $39 for the product but she even refunded me for the rush delivery charge! Awesome lady she is!
Purchased a cast cover for my grandmother after she fell and broke her upper arm. The full arm cast protector helped her shower like normal while keeping the cast totally dry. Even got to take her to the pool for a swim.
Great customer service. Purchased a cast cover for my son per some advice from the ER staff. It has a blood pressure cuff mechanism & for whatever reason, it really freaked my 7 year old out to have something tighe around his arm. The company let me return easily, no questions asked after I explained the situation.
Please note, this company has a very short return policy and is not well advertised on their site or when placing an order. As long as you do not have any issues, you should be fine. They do not budge to make a situation right.
I am an avid jump roper (super serious level 10) - and find my mid-jumps are sub par and the results are always broken ankles. After my GF complained (one to many times) about me not bathing, I found DryPro and it changed our lives for the better. Now I can jump rope stress free (finally) knowing when I get hurt again, I can use these cast protectors and keep my cast/wounds dry when I take my bath. THANK YOU DRYCORP!!!!!
Purchased a cast cover for my Uncle Jake who broke his arm chasing around his Gerbils (LOL, true story) and he's been using it to shower and even took it to the beach last week and was able to swim. It "saved my vacation" according to him. Completely dry and hasn't leaked.
Broke my leg and am spending 8 weeks in a fiberglass cast. I am 6'1 240lbs and purchased a Drypro "large half leg cast cover" for showers and bathing. It has kept my leg completly dry for 3 weeks now with twice daily uses. With a fiberglasd cast make sure you pull a nylon or place bandages around the cast to prevent the drypro from ripping.
