They contact me every year trying to enquire working conditions of my company and then ghost for a year. I'm curious what your business model really is?

I was twice contacted by Niels from this company. Both of cases he was chasing me everywhere, email, LinkedIn, ignoring that I don't answer and awfully annoying. Very rude, will prefer never work with that company.

So I found a job on their website, I applied and immediately next day received a phone call from this company. A recruiter wanted to know some details about me, what kind of job I would like to do... Ok, I have answered all of his questions and I asked him what will happen next with the company where I have applied. He didn't have a clue for which job I did my application! Later, I started to receive emails with jobs that may suit me, but all of them leaded to their website where I need to click apply button, which I already did first time and nothing happened. I mean, why do you even have that button there if you don't know that I have applied for specific position?? Neither employer contacted me, neither they.

Calling with a vague story about a webinar that I could provide input on. Is about frontend. (But I am not a frontend developer). Oh uh I said frontend, I mean PHP ...
