Least bothered about employees. They will install spyware on your laptop which takes screenshots and records videos of their employees. No trust at all. Extremely unethical founders. They should be eliminated from the market immediately.

One of my friends attended an interview and this was their worst experience ever. The CEO didn't even give an opportunity for the candidate to answer questions and instead demotivated them. The pay is way below average and they seem to be exploiting fresher graduates by paying as low as 10 and 15k for software developer roles. Please don't get fooled by the 5 star reviews and have a look at all the 1,2 star reviews and do your own research about this company.

** Interview Experience **
* CEO arrives 1.5 hours late for the interview.
* Extremely condescending attitude with the sole intention to condemn and intimidate the candidate.
* Candidate is not given a chance to showcase their skills.
* We can't even call it an interview.
I had a terrible experience interviewing with Spiceblue, I'm a fresher looking for a full-time job in a field I possess a decent amount of knowledge about and this was my first interview and it was horrifying. The employer made me feel inferior by repeatedly telling me that I was not skilled enough in my field and I would not add much value to the company although I had Showcased my previous works and completed a Case Study for them within few hours. In my opinion, all of this was done to manipulate me and make me feel small so by the end of the interview I would accept an internship with a Stipend as little as 10 K and this internship would require me to work 9 hours a day/ 6 days a week for 3 months and then I would be placed in their company if my performance was good. So they could exploit my services for 3 months at the mere rate of 30 K. If this is not exploitation, I don't know what is!!
For everyone looking to be demotivated, exploited, manipulated and condemned this is the perfect place for you to work!!!
