Sparked host llc

Before talking to negative, positive things are reverse proxy, more databases, more ports, timezone selectable, aikar flag, etc. At first, my friend was told me that PebbleHost using old hardware. Try Sparked Host. So I did saving money a little until $6. Then I asked my friend, is there tax? Ok a little, that's also fine. Until the day. I did started moving host from PebbleHost. Rent a service, start import. When on order review page. There is an option to select help for importing, I clicked yes. After that, no ticket was created at all and I'm not sure how should I create it, then found server importer instead. This is taking 2 days to import from their server importer thing. When runs a server I noticed lag, crash, and TPS issues. Also, in PebbleHost, after press start it shows "loading libraries..." instantly, while SparkedHost I need to wait for 3 minutes first until "loading libraries..." Then do normal process. Unlike PebbleHost. Both are hosted on same 6GB ram, Budget Hosting. But PebbleHost is older hardware. Result is Sparked Host almost unable to runs my server. Then I opened ticket to asked for refund, but due to 2 days importing process. Made 24 hours refunding already over. Which is meant I would need to move back to PebbleHost. Then how should I able to find enough $6 to pay it again? (Yes they using US cost of living, meanwhile in Thailand $6 respesent to 10 full cost meals). I also need time more than to selecting which host should I use. Also their staff in ticket told me like roasting PebbleHost. They better, even result of TPS is PeebbleHost at 20 but Sparked Host at 4 then crashed. Current result is $6 returned into my Sparked Host credit instead of actual money. After I done another review. They asked me something like if review better not 1 star they will refund me.
