They treat the dedicated drivers worse than the otr drivers this place needs to be shutdown or at the very least fire everyone and rehire more qualified people that understand efficiency

Screw this place if you are a trucker. Stay away! No passengers or pets. 3 hour waits. They need to get real and can the folks in charge. No wonder they are bankrupt.

Delivery of paper scrap w 53' dry van. Arrived @ 4am they were slow and took me right in. Noticed they have overnight parking, but on a dirt lot.

PSA for drivers: RUN. TURN AROUND&RUN.
You re better off eating up your time to dh 300mi for another load than waste your time sitting here.
I sat in their dirt loft for 5hr before finally walking back up to the guard shack to see how much longer it might be until I got a dock or even just how many people were still ahead of me& the staff were rude even tho it was the 1st time I went to ask.

In total, I wasted 9.5hr here from arrival to when I was empty. Never taking a load here again.

Mostly drop and hook for Averitt Drivers! This location gets congested at times so be prepared!

Im not sure if saturday is different from other days but i had a great experience! I had a 9am appt checked in at 8:20 drove around back waited 15 minutes for a door,empty withen another 20 minutes,sighned out n left property at 9:30.i watched other trucks get unloaded withen 20 minutes, so im assuming things are better here.

Check in line is long, they won't let you in early to deliver either. There is a reason they have staging lots to park in overnight. Companies like this are designed to keep their materials on your truck until the last second, because they have a constant influx for production. All these mega carrier dropped trailers is your first clue you should've rejected this load.You get around back and you'll see several dropped trailers getting unloaded and only one or two live loads. It's a shame they have no ethics.

The reviews here are frightening! I know Truckers love to complain but seems something may be truly wrong with this place, I just pray I have a better experience than most here. Fingers crossed....

Appt only & then once your in, your gonna sit in line waiting to get unloaded. Especially if your delivering scrap paper / cardboard.

DO NOT BOOK A LOAD FROM HERE OR DELIVERING HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Staff needs to be notified of the difference between a service dog and a pet.

Crap hole, if you don't get stuck in the staging lot from the 7 foot wide holes then chances are you'll enjoy waiting hours and hours (10 for me) to get unloaded. I will gladly eat up fuel costs to deadhead home rather than take a load here ever again.

Nightmare...don t accept any load that deliveres here even if pays 5k$... checked in 5 pm and got unloaded 12am...

I can t give this facility below zero star so so bad place and rude people everything here don t waste your day and your time drivers even they paying you a million dollars unbelievable facility everything confuse I don t know what the problem with this people facility

Extremely inept personnel who can take an entire shift to complete basic tasks. Do not know how to prioritize.

Wow what can I say had an appointment for01/11/19 at 1300 arrived early and they had a waiting list for drivers waiting to get unloaded with bales of cardboard. I don t know if the holiday season had them backed up or what not but I didn t get called till 2am that morning. Funny thing is it only took them 30 to 40 mins to unloaded me. I will not be back till the turnaround time improves I missed my other appointment/pickup because of this delay

Haven't even gotten here yet looking at the reviews make you wanna take the load back where you got it from

First time I have ever been here but seems pretty organized but the smell that rotten paper !! Woo Woo GITERDONE

This is a hell hole.Will never come back here again. No pets or passengers allowed. Took a day and half to get loaded.

In 9am appt out 10am. Overnight parking, by appt only. Take a right after guard check, drive around the building, back in 22, 21 or 20 doors, wait in the truck till they done. unloading time approximately 30-40 min. Bol will be released on your back out at guard check.Friendly personal, restroom cage available near docks.

This place is the worst. Dispatchers and Drivers, avoid at all cost!

Took 8hours to get loaded.
Got in at 9.30pm got a door at 3.30am was loaded at 5.30am. So no good sleep to be had.
Wouldn't give me individual axle weight readings.
Refused to sign in and out times on BOL. And wouldn't provide customs paperwork.
Places like this do not deserve to be in bussiness.

Could do 0..i would.First time here,10 am..sat in line check in,sat in line to unload,then get a door...guess what.?? ..MORE SITTING...AWESOME..LOVE BEING A F@#!#* DRIVER...

Depending on the person at the gate they won't know what to do with hazmat and have you sit in staging area for a while until they get someone on the phone

This place is absolutely horrible. Besides that they will waste 5-6 hours of your time they will put your IN and OUT times on BOL like you've been there for only 45 min. I have my GPS report so I can justify my times however I can forget about the detention because on the BOL there are wrong times. Be aware and try to avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!

I should have read these comments beforehand. Yes, avoid this place at all costs. You check in; they write your phone number to call you when the dock is available and they FORGET you forever. I had to cancel my next load because of their slow moving behind.

Pickup appt 8pm but am checking early 30 minut load.

Already frightened by reading this reviews by my fellow drivers before heading that way for an appointment to pick up at 9am 12/2/20. Will update my experience later when i get in. Pray for me fellows

Very very bad place I come 2pm guard till me u r load ready morning 1am ready again go 1 am check in she till me ready 7 am I go 7am Till me morning 1am i never come again avoid this place
