Poorly managed power companies should not put customers in danger. They should be held accountable.

They not only cut power to homes but we have not had water in El Reno for 3 days because they cut power to the municipal water WITHOUT warning if they were to tell water works they would have been able to start up backup generators and keep up with water demand. I honestly hope anyone with frozen pipes set up a class action lawsuit against these f[_]( [<$

Southwest power pool is a phenomenal company and have been doing their best in this historical winter storm. Couldn't be more proud of the people managing the region I live in!

Great place to work. Its a shame people are leaving negative reviews that have nothing to do with this business because they dont understand how RTOs work.

You people are trash! We're getting -30 temps here in the upper midwest and those of us on electric heat are freezing to death because of you!

You are requiring rolling blackouts in Nebraska with record lows of negative 30 degrees. People are literally freezing in Nebraska and other central states because of your company.

I ve never heard of such blatant irresponsibility. Your carelessness and complete disregard for your PAYING customers in desperate need of heat in the coldest weather in years is appalling. You re treading on thin ice and are inviting a class action lawsuit. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
