Your telephone service is bad. You get cut off and its as if the receptionist gets annoyed cause you keep telling her you get cut off. But when you leave a message, you never get a call back. The service at Sondor has really gone downhill. Sad

I have been unable to get hold of anybody at the Cape Town Branch for days. I have sent them an e-mail requiring product two weeks ago, no reply.
I now am trying to call reception nobody answers on any of the numbers..
