Fantastic place to stay, great view from the balcony overlooking the marina. Pleasant staff, good breakfast served.

The location of this hotel, the lobby and the restaurant area, the spa and the gym are all perfect for the price that you pay for this hotel. You cannot ask for more to be honest. The problem is with the rooms. I do not know for sure but our room has a huge glass that shows the inside of the bathroom. It might be a pleasant experience if you are visiting with your significant other, however if you are like me and visiting Mallorca for business and staying with one of your colleagues, then it doesn't make much sense.

Fantastic hotel, efficient friendly staff. Great breakfast only slight negative comment cook breakfast that is warm plated could be warmer. But such a tiny negative for lovely stay.

Clean, nice staff and comfortable beds. On request we were able to check out for free 1 hour later. The breakfast was rich and varied. There was a lot of sausage, fruits and vegetables as well as cold and warm dishes.

The hotel is centrally located on the main road overlooking the Marina Port De Mallorca.
As a 4 start hotel, the rooms are modern and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs, fruit ,bakery, cheeses and ham similar to a 5 star hotel.
It goes without saying that rooms on high floors overlooking the marina have the best view.
I was unfortunately to be give a room on the second floor with a back side view. We were part of a big group here for a corporate event.
The reasons, I did not give this hotel a 5 star rating are:
1- Mr. Santiago from the reception desk was very unfriendly during check-in. He was very firm with a big grim on his face. He did not give me any information on breakfast times, wifi, etc I had to ask him everything as if he is doing me a favor not his job. He was only interested in getting my credit card number and let me go as soon as possible. He also gave me the worst room in the hotel which was on the first floor. When I entered my room it had a king single bed (since this is a corporate event where work colleagues share rooms!). The room was also different as it caters for people with physical disability. Why on earth would you do that if you have other rooms available?! Shouldn t you save such rooms for people who actually need them in case you get a walk-in reservation?!
Had to go back down and after some nagging, I got a room on the second floor with 2 twin beds.

2- The hotel doesn t offer complementary water in the room! I ve been to hotels in Africa, Asia and Europe and this is the first hotel ever that I ve been to that does not serve complementary water in the room!

3- A lot of TV channels were not working. There were only 5 working TV channels in English.

Newly renovated. Luxurious lounge area. Mouthwatering buffet breakfast selections. Great location for bars and clubs. Would recommend.

The place is very good and I recommend it a lot, the place is nice and there is a very good service and DELICIOUS food

Good place to stay in your trip to Mallorca... Difficult to park the car during the weekends...

Beautiful hotel in the marina, 25min walk to the centre of Palma, great pool for relaxing after a day's sightseeing

Great hotel. It's not five star but it is well kept and has good facilities. The interior is impressive and it has a great cocktail bar. The pool area is excellent although there could be a few more sun loungers. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and modern. Glass wall from bathroom into the bedroom was... Interesting. It's close to a lot of bars and restaurants. About a 10 mins walk from the old part or the city and a bit more to cathedral. Rent a bike and cycle south the bike path goes on for miles.

Good location opposite the harbour. Great breakfast but smallish swimming pool, all sunbeds reserved wih towels by 8am!

Very nice city hotel of the Melia group with a view over the harbor and the cathedral. Staff is attentive and friendly. The buffet could be bigger in the category. A la carte is a much better league. Fantastic food. A tip is the cheese platter with tomato jam! The seminar rooms lack an arctic optimization. Partly very loud.

Arrived early, room was ready, checked was ok... on arrival room was lovely, with view to marina. Poolside was lovely, more lounger were brought out and towels were eventually sourced. in room bar service expensive! - bar in hotel had good selection, room service was lacking on the 3rd day, no bath/hand towels left, no shower mat, no toilet paper, no tea/milk.... so this was very poor.. and when mentioning it at checkout, was met with a nod and a smile.... no apology, nothing!!!!! very poor from reception staff. Hotel is situated quite well for all things and the mini market next door served its purpose far quicker than the hotel staff. So although it was a good price for the holiday, it could have been a more pleasant stay all round if everything was as it should have been.

Very bad treatment especially of the old lady blonde short hair glasses resection. Super edge s why we came with a pack of 2 hours (that aside everything wanted to take away half an hour doubting the time that my friend had bought in the pack.)) In the dressing room it goes cold there is no heating if I have not conditioned cold . Shower gel and empty shampoos in the dispensers. Very expensive for the service that Dan and is everything small changing room sauna Turkish bath .. that 5 stars has nothing. And very bad staff should change profession profession. NOT RECOMMENDING IT FOR ANYTHING

We spent several days in the Hotel and we can not have any complaint. The hotel must have already enough years, it can be observed in the facilities (It does not mean that they are in bad conditions) but all very careful and a lot of detail. The location is very good, and something very important, all the food that is served is of quality. It has a good hotel floor despite the years.

A lot of street scandal in the rooms, especially in the early hours of the morning, poor soundproofing of the street to the rooms.

I stayed when it was the Pallas Athena. Recently I went after several years and everything is very elegant and modern, nothing to do with how I remembered it. While it had its glamor it was an old hotel with carpets in hallways, etc. Very cool and very good memories brings me

The rooms in this hotel do not reach the level they want. When I arrived I found a piece of furniture covering the television, from the bed it could not be seen, only from one side. I had to ask for a room change. The dimensions in general are small, in the sink there is hardly any support surface, the amenities without scarce, only gel, shampoo and moisturizer. In addition, they took something that we had stored in the mini bar and we had to claim it. Another day they took the second card of the room, which we left because we had devices loading, and they never gave us an explanation or replaced it. And the worst: the worst mattress I've seen in any hotel I've been, I think it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor. Back pain assured. Breakfast is pretty good, yes, do not cut, because getting a simple band-aid is an impossible task. In short, not to repeat.

A perfect place with ample spaces in the hall to meet and work, taking something and with a really fast WiFi.

As a level guest I very much appreciate the level services. Some new straff at the Moss restaurante reduce the total grade.

Privileged location, attention to detail, the Level room very cozy, excellent staff. Very comfortable rooms with good soundproofing. In short, a very good option for your stay on the island.

Here for meetings but the service and lunch buffet were well worth it! Formerly the Melia Palas Atenea the hotel is situated on the marina with a pool deck and bar on the 3rd floor boasting spectacular views of the marina and the cathedral to the left. The meeting rooms need more outlets available though. Staff were friendly and service was good. Overall a positive experience!

I stayed two days for work in this hotel and I must say that both in terms of cleanliness and easement and kindness of the staff is not bad. The structure is very beautiful and enjoys a view of the seafront harbor. Beautiful pool.

I went to a one-day workshop. Good organization, excellent cleaning and normal breakfast (although I guess that is decided by the organization of the workshop).

I went to see a friend. And we have a coffee. It's ehotel is awesome. Total luxury

Lovely hotel. Rooms on the other side have an awful view of dilapidated hotels, but if it bothers you just upgrade to marina view.

Made an excellent base for our 4 night sun holiday, some nice eating & drinking nearby.

The hotel is very nice and well located, the staff very friendly, but I put a couple of problems, when we arrived, in one of the rooms there was a piece of cheese that should have been forgotten, so the cleanliness of that day looks that it was not very deep, and in the other room there was little gel, just gave to shower that day, I imagined that they were going to replenish and I said nothing, because the next day we had to shower with the shampoo, so they did not try very hard in the arrangement of the room. When they arrived we had put a bag with some cookies, a nice detail, because the next day they took it from me, I claimed it and no case. At the New Year's Eve dinner there was sirloin with mushroom sauce and I am allergic, I asked them not to put sauce on my sirloin and in return they brought me a piece of tofu with rice that was horrible, they changed the sirloin for a vegan dinner. I understand that there was a lot of fuss but they didn't even ask me.
The hotel is worth it, it is nice and we were treated very well, we only had bad luck in a couple of things, but if I return to Palma I repeat the same hotel.

First-class facilities, unsurpassed customer service. A pleasure to stay in this hotel. Beautiful views
