Service issues. Inefficient communication led to delays in equipment delivery. When the forklift finally arrived, it had not been properly serviced, causing further disruptions in our workflow. Support staff seemed unprepared to handle our concerns, and it felt challenging to get timely assistance. Overall, not the experience we expected.
Renting a forklift from Forklift Rental Company was a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Their user-friendly online platform made it easy to browse their selection, compare prices, and make a reservation. The forklift was delivered to my location right on time, and the delivery team was professional and efficient. Throughout the rental period, the equipment performed flawlessly, allowing us to complete our warehouse project ahead of schedule. When it was time to return the forklift, the pickup process was just as smooth as the delivery. I appreciate Forklift Rental Company's commitment to efficiency and would definitely rent from them again in the future.
