Be very careful, you need to know your car prices! Best way is to quickly check Autotrader and get the valuation between part exchange (lowest bargain price) and private sale price (maximum price). In auction when bidding you should include the commission to get to your private sale price. Be warned you will very quickly find out it's not all bargain and the risks of not being able to test drive may mean there are huge repair costs. For example people are bidding each other out and to the point where you could easily buy same vehicle cheaper privately or even from a garage with warranty. What's the point of going to auction if you cant buy to make profit? Guess which company sells there car through this auction on a regular basis? Goes along the lines of they buy any car, so it says something why they are buying privately and selling it off at a profit in a auction!!!!!

Staff are friendly, may wait some time to get your car

Good good on canteens hot drinks very reasonably priced. Oh and the car auction is ok too.

From top to bottom the staff are cowboys, they don't know how to work with customers. This branch shouldn't be a part of BCA, TIME WAISTERS

Just went to auction and noticed that in two occasions the auctioneer was bidding with the wall as in my left side was nobody; just empty car park and a wall. Big scam

Fast and furious car auction house, always a large selection of vehicles on offer, there is a cheap and cheerful cafe also on site.

They are really robbers sheet customer service over charging if you buy a car when you come out they charging 3 times more than the price is not fair ?????

This site has just been taken over by BCA and all the confusion of changing hands has now passed. Plenty of vehicles are auctioned through here on a daily basis and there are vehicles for every taste and budget. The on site canteen is low cost and the food id very good for one of these sites. The hot roast beef or pork sandwiches are lovely. This is a large site with plenty of car parking space.

I bought a few from Leeds and will not hesitate to buy again..This is how Bca should be.i have to travel 2.5 hrs to bring a car from Leeds despite being a stone throw away from Enfield and I'm saving money..Leeds appraisals are spot on while Enfields appraisals guy is blind and costs you quite a bit on body repairs..Leeds thank you

Huge site hundreds of vehicles on sale both online and at the sale nationwide delivery also available some vehicles are appraised and graded and a cafeteria is available for refreshments good first impression buyers fees maybe a bit high though.

If you're booking in a car take you're sleeping bag !!!!!!

Ok for a quick run around but not to keep as every car I have purchased from BCA Leeds has been faulty not one car has had anything working in order. One or another thing was broken but wit caution extreme caution

Going down hill.. I used to buy a lot when it was Sma recently set up my new account at bca and the auctions fees have more than doubled.. trying to edge out the smaller dealers that s what it is

Horrendous experience, walking round the cars for 40 minutes looking for the car I purchased, because no one knew where the car or keys were
No one willing to help just keep sending you onto another member of staff

Cheap motors look good quality only problem when you first go its abit confusing

Doing the same as all bca sites. Turn up and wait for them to bring the car to you.

Terrible customer service in Leeds, We've only bought one car here and it will be the last, The tax book (V5) was supposed to be posted to us, 1 month later still no sign, calling the every day, they never returned our calls, being feed nothing but lies, checked with the DVLA, they never even applied for the V5!!. Shocking business, I can see why they score so low on reviews
