My daughter has very thick, curly and long head of hair. The staff were amazing, worked together to try to get her lice free, it would have been a nightmare if it weren't for their staff. Went in for comb out of lice! Ended up just being bad dry skin. Ladies were super patient and willing to explain everything to me. I never felt like they were making fun of me for it not being live. Super respectful women. I would recommend this place to anyone I see. Wonderful experience.
