This company is awful. We are due a refund since December which we have still not received. We cancelled our Emirates flight due to a family death. We were only granted back a small fraction of our total cost. We have made numerous phone calls and sent many emails. No-one gives us an answer. The manager is always on another call or out.
Do not waste your time or money dealing with these people.

Do Not Book with this travel Agent. Biggest thief I ever seen. They book your tickets and if you cancel your tickets, they don't pay you at all. Even taking out cancellation charge. Government should not allow robbers to operate. What is trading standard doing?

Do not use this company or their sister company in Leicester Moon World Travel. They have evaded paying us a refund for 8 months and keep directing us to deal with the other company. Deceitful con artists, we will be starting legal proceedings to recover our money.
They will not return a refund they received for our Jet Airways flight. They sold us the ticket when we were worried about the problems Jet were having. They said that there was nothing to worry about and pushed us to buy the Jet Airways tickets. They basically steal your money and then if you try to ask any questions or return to follow up, they are rude and abuse you. This business should be investigated and close down. Be safe and safe away. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!
A friend recommended sky express after Istruggled to get visa to India online. When I visited them the customer service was just amazing and the owner reassured me that I was going to get a visa within 24 hours for the fraction of the price I was going to pay online. I also purchased my flight ticket from them which was extremely cheap and my journey was extremely fabulous and couldn t thank them enough.
Their customer service is just out of this world and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to travel abroad.
