Power T&D Structures:
Skipper Limited's power T&D structure division offers a wide range of products including transmission towers, substation structures, telecom towers and solar mounting structures. The company has an annual production capacity of over 2 lakh metric tons which makes it one of the largest manufacturers in this segment not only in India but globally too.
The transmission tower product line includes lattice towers for high voltage lines up to 765 kV along with monopoles for urban areas where space is limited or aesthetics are important. Substation structures include gantries for outdoor substations along with equipment support structures like busbar supports etc.
Telecom towers are designed to meet various requirements such as rooftop installations or standalone sites while solar mounting structures cater to both ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects.
Polymer Pipes:
In addition to its power T&D structure division, Skipper Limited also manufactures polymer pipes under its brand name "Skipper Pipes". These pipes are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which makes them lightweight yet strong enough to withstand harsh weather conditions and heavy loads.
The product range includes HDPE pipes for water supply applications ranging from 20mm diameter up to 1200mm diameter along with HDPE ducts used for underground cable protection purposes ranging from 32mm diameter up to 315mm diameter.
The company also offers HDPE sprinkler systems that are widely used for irrigation purposes across agricultural fields throughout India due to their durability and low maintenance requirements compared with traditional metal-based systems.
