I took their fire safety, manual handling, and fatigue management courses online, and the content was thorough and easy to follow. The instructors were knowledgeable, and I appreciated the flexibility to complete the courses at my own pace.

I had a rather underwhelming experience with this training provider. The course content was lacking in depth and did not meet my expectations for practical application. Additionally, the communication from the support team was less than satisfactory, making it challenging to get timely help when I needed it. Overall, I found the experience to be frustrating and not worth the investment.
