We did a last minute trip to Verbier last week. We stayed in chalet Darbay. The chalet was lovely, warm and clean with comfy beds and a good spec. Super central and gorgeous views from the chalet. We actually arrived and left in heavy snow and the Ski Armadillo team were so helpful when we got lost and stuck in the snow, so had to be rescued!! We dealt with 5 of the team on the ground and including Hector (in uk) they were all friendly, efficient and wanted to make sure we had a great time. And we did! Highly recommend this company...
Our family (5 of us) stayed in Darbay just before Christmas. It's a cute chocolate box chalet and in a fantastic location near to the Medran and a stones throw from the Mont Fort pub (great for the half price happy hour at 4pm) - never noisy late at night. We were well looked after by Ski-Armadillo and our host was efficient & friendly without being overly in our space. Would definitely recommend chalet and company - no complaints. Ash
Top notch service throughout. Lovely well-appointed Chalet that we would definitely book again. Excellent Chalet Staff, really good humoured, obliging and just lovely people. Barney was a fabulous chef and Amy was the perfect hostess - we couldn't have been happier. The Chalet was very well presented, lovely fireplace and plenty of space to relax. Comfy beds and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms.
We have just returned from a weeks stay in Verbier booked through ski armadillo and I cannot rate this company highly enough. We normally stay at the W hotel 5 star luxury however this was so much better especially when you have a young family. Excellent food accommodation and detail on the area 5 stars all round
We stayed in Chalet Marais Rouge. The whole experience was amazing. Chef and host were great, providing for our every need. Driver service was excellent. Concierge did not miss a beat. All on cue, working together to provide the perfect Ski chalet holiday.
Absolutely loved the chalets and amazing locations was so easy to book and had great staff on hand to help with anything me and mates needed!! So easy to book too with fast email reply s! Highly recommended too all
We've used SA twice now (work trip and then family) and we're heading back again this year (for work trip followed by family...). Really great service, lovely food and chalet staff are very helpful. Verbier is a great resort and I imagine we'll be heading back again next year too :o)
Excellent week! A beautiful chalet with a great host & top class chef... Overall service was excellent; throughout the booking process, arranging private transfers and ski and boot hire
Chalet Darbay was fantastic; it was clean, well equipped and homely. The location is fantastic with shops, the ski lift and a pub only a short walk away. The service from ski armadillo was great and they were very helpful to make sure our stay was comfortable with younger children. Would highly recommend.
Darby has a fantastic location so close to tge lifts and is a cozy chalet. We had awesome food and service! Unfortunately the master bed mattress is far under par. Local staff told us that previous complaints had been made but that the owner had yet to replace the mattress. Ask for proof of new mattress before booking and then enjoy this lovely little chalet!
