Honestly I have mix feelings, it's a fun resort but its lacking in terms of correct pricing information, at the ticket desk I was told by two different workers that my ticket would $75 but when I got to the window a lady told me I had to pay a lot more then originally, now the parking is $25 I didn't expect to come out of pocket 50+ dollars before I even got inside, in all honesty they should drop prices on everything food as well, but I'm not sure how the resort business industry works, but that's just my opinion

Well Six Flags is nice. I have gone since I was a child so I'm always going to like it. The things I wish they have there is little cubbies for rides to put your items in while your riding as I have visited other parks that provide them and lockers that you get your $ back within an hour of rental fee purchase. They could put for family friendly coasters for that in between age group because not all children will be ready for their big coasters but are seeking more of a thrill than the little park offers. It is disappointing that the toms twister, jet scream, bumper cars, street flyer is gone too. The swings are a bit too scary for my 8 year old. The prices are too high too for a one day admission in my opinion. The park could use a tram as well to get to the front. More indoor air conditioning attractions and the way the old fashioned cars have a pidilty track under that noisy American Thunder is awful there should be more relaxing parts of the park for the older people. I love amusement parks and there should be enjoyment for all not just 16-25 year olds. More shows with characters available too.

I love going here every summer! Getting the season pass and dining pass are very worth the price. On the other hand, if you advertise that a new ride will open, it should be open by opening day or at least by 2nd weekend. We went all of last year and the Excaliber was closed all year long. This was suppose to be the new ride. You try talking to a manager, no one is available. The employees are rude and need to learn to dress. This is a family park, not your family reunion or night club.

We live in town and buy season passes every year to Six Flags in St. Louis. We receive a drink bottle with our upgraded membership and have never had any issues with theft until this trip. Usually the park provides a station to leave your items that is somewhat visible but due to the fact we were in the water park we had to leave ours down below the line. When we returned it and our towel had been stolen. Mind you, I completely understand that things of this nature can happen but was really disappointed in the way that the part handled it. Ask for a manager and I was told to walk to customer service as they would get a new bottle there but when I arrived they told me that was not the case and I was basically out of luck. Now, I understand that they can't give everyone's bottle back that has been stolen but with the amount of money we have dropped at this place over the past few years for them to not replace a cheap bottle, to them, is quite ridiculous. Just understand that theft is not at all important to this park and they are not concerned with making long term customer happy.

did not enjoy it because I'm from saint and the person that ordered my tickets ordered them to the Chicago area so they wouldn't expect it and your policy says I can't even get my money back. I will not be coming back ever!!!!!!! I also wouldn't refer this place to no one!

Unfortunately this isn't the same Six Flags I remember as a kid and won't be surprised if they're closed in 5 years. Now it's all about upsell and seems like they've driven away everyone except the regulars with season passes. We went on a weekday in early August and I was shocked the park closed at 6 while the water park was only open 12-5. Lots of the shops and concessions were closed along with several rides. I noticed some of the workers were doing the jobs of 2 or 3 people while other times 3 workers were doing the job of 1 - not a lot of oversight. The restrooms were about the worst I've seen with trash bags covering half the toilets and a smell bad enough to make your eyes water. Oh well at least we got our $8 ice cream cones on the way out!

Pandemonium is a must to go on! The food here is good. I love the atmosphere. Such a great place to bring all your friends and family and hang out. Just wish the bathrooms were kept up with, it is not nice when you have to go and there's toilet paper flung everywhere.

Go during the week and you won't stand in ANY lines. Go after a busy holiday weekend and there may be some rides and concessions that aren't working. Food is a bit pricey, but I am sure you can go out to your car and eat from your cooler as they allow re-entry with a hand stamp. Good experience with my teenage boys. If it's busy, prepare to stand or buy the fast pass. Tickets are pricey and fast pass even more so. Look for discounted tickets if you can.

This was a nice little park. It was very quiet, and at the time I went, it was "Holiday in the Park". Unfortunately during their Holiday in the park, they have several of their rides closed for the season. They also are very short staffed. There was only one person for the entire photography department, and you cold only pick up your pics after 5PM. I will definitely need to go back during the regular season to give a fair assessment.

We had a really good time here. We're season pass members and like to visit different locations in other cities whenever on vacation. Everything was great as always. However this is the first location I've visited that Could, use some TLC to their restrooms. Any other locations I've been to have definitely had more visible maintenance and on sight attendants in each restroom keeping up with the restrooms continuously for better hygiene purposes as possible to their guests. Otherwise, our visit was as pleasant as the rest of the six flags locations we've been thus far.

Love the drive better then Chicago Six Flags great America. Slower roller coasters then Chicago but by far much cleaner. We went to fright fest also in St Louis and it was very crowded and honestly not scary. Stick to the roller coaster! Just thought as advertised it would be Hollywood sets and it wasn't. Not enough scarers

There was 9 rides closed on bring a friend for free. Battle for Metropolis always has technical difficulties. Waited in line for an hour and did not get to ride it, and they close it an hour before the park closes, which I feel is rediculous since it is a new attraction. The wave pool was not working either. It seems every time I come, which is alot since I have a pass, there are numerous rides closed. The food prices are way too high! The pretzel we did get was very hard. The workers, also, need not say the rides "may be safe" as we are getting ready to take off on Mr. Freeze; which finally opened back up. This really made my son petrified, since this was his first time riding, after much hesitation! We were sitting on the Colossus and the workers were talking about it being "unlevel". That is very scary, not to mention very unprofessional. They need to take their comments "off stage", meaning behind closed doors. The Boss only had one train running with passengers, the other train had sand bags in it the whole time. I am a huge fan of the parks, but was highly disappointed this year!!!

Far from a great experience staff is very unfriendly places constantly dirty always having broken down rides concessions and games are poorly man. There are a few highlights they do have a new buffet style lunch if you have a Meal Pass food is very fresh friendly staff and shaded place to eat would highly recommend eating there. Also their characters actors do a wonderful job for kids and adult. Other than that not a lot of good things to say this will be our last year buying season passes until things change

This is the absolute worst customer service I ve ever dealt with. It is literally impossible to find out it they are even open when the website is down because there are absolutely nobody that answers the phone, just voicemails that are never checked. This info has been verified by multiple employees.

BIRTHDAY GIRL HERE!!!
Had a great time. Lines to get in and check temperatures were speedy. Lines for the rides weren't really long either. First time ever having a turkey leg almost brought tears to my eyes... So freaking delicious!!!
I hate that the ghouls weren't doing their thing this year... Dang you, Corona!
Got on three rides: SpinSanity-tricked me. Awesome! Pandemonium: the operator had a horrific attitude so you need to check into that (6:30-6:48 on October 25th- she was tripping ) but the ride made up for it and tricked me, too.
But by far... Absolute favorite... Excalibur!!! Lord Jesus! Thought this was my last day on this Earth when I looked down at the big crater in the earth below. Well worth it. Thanks so much for the great time... But yeah, people person training for the Pandemonium operator! Lol

I ve been coming off and on since the park first opened. The park is old and run down. Customer service is HORRIBLE....No one speaks clear english, and several rides are always closed. Six Flags needs a complete make-over...would not recommend them to any visitors.

Definitely doesn't match up with other parks around the country. Looks and feels out dated and in desperate need of a reboot. Food sucked and prices were worse. Stood in line on 2 different occasions and the rides were shut down b4 we got to ride. So if your ready for a long hot day standing in line for some old out dated rides that look like they're on there last leg, give this place ah shot. Guest services is a joke and few of these people should NOT WORK with the public. Big changes needed........the 90s called and they want they're theme park back.

It s sad to see the park has went down hill . I don t understand how u can not take better care of the park with the outrageous prices you all charge. The upkeep is ridiculously horrible. It used to be a beautiful place to have fun . Now it s just wore done , many ride were closed , landscaping is a mess , not the place it used to be at all . It s very disappointing.

A lot of fun for the whole family. It may not have the fastest and most extreme roller coasters but they do invest in keeping a great selection of fun coasters and rides. You also get admission into the water park (during the summer only) with the theme park admission so it is a pretty good deal. They don't have the full Disney ambiance but they stick to their themes and they do it well (especially with a lot of their top tier DC superhero rides). The dining options are varied so you have choices in cuisine. When the season & dining passes go on sale, they are a heck of a deal and this is our second consecutive year with the season passes. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Park has good rides for both kids and adults. It has friendly staff and lots of side activites to do. But the park is starting to show its age and it has not changed any in the past 5 years. It's been getting to be boring doing the same thing over and over again. The prices in the park in expensive but it's to be expected. Do not get the membership program as it does seem to be a deal but in the end they will threaten you even after you have canceled and agreed to the 2 month advance cancellation policy. I did that and paid 2 months after that and it's been 3 months since and they are still trying to get me for my money. Even with a cancellation confirmation. It's a joke. Just get a season pass or a daily ticket if you want to visit.
