It's simply waste of time attending the there because they will take whole but they don't tell you the result they simply we will call or send you the mail but the next day they call and attend the interview with a same procedure they don't maintain records so they are wasting our time then parking ...

I can assure you 90% that chance's of freshers getting selected is pretty low.
If you need to get selected you should have atleast an experience of 1 year and also you should attend the interview by reference from an consultancy then you will get selected.
