Silverstone Volvo

We paid $500 deposit to Doncaster dealer for an XC40. The dealer didn't have the car in stock. The Leasing company sourced the car from another place but Doncaster dealer refused to refund the deposit even that the signed contract mentions "subject to Novated lease ". Note that sales person Andy was helpful and acknowledged deposit should be refunded.

15 May 2021 - I followed up with the Doncaster Volvo dealer and no resolution to the problem was received for more than 2 weeks.

Hands down THE best experience we've had in buying a car. Sean Chen was awesome. Great communicator, helped to know what we wanted, and nothing we asked was too much trouble. Bought a new Volvo suv this week, the service was great, friendly staff too who don't give you the hard sell. Gave as a decent trade in for the old car, and threw in a few extras as well. Highly recommend this team and Domenic who was our salesperson, 11/10.
