Bad organization.

Team leaders and Managers are uneducated. They only know about their work, otherwise nothing else. Senior authorities don't know how to talk and behave with juniors. Appraisals are worst. Even the office building is not painted and maintained by the company. These things show that they don't have enough budget. For extended hours a coupon of 25 is provided. Like seriously do you think we are beggars for 25. Promotions are done on partiality and for the person who can do extended hours. Even if you complete your on time and leave for home, you are not a good employee, your appraisal would not be good. My words are still short but cannot write more.
Never join this company or even come for a interview.

Silverskills is a BPO company located in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon with blended International process with morning, afternoon and night shifts. Food and one side cab provided. Work environment is fairly okay. Company is constantly working towards improving itself.

They need only graduate with 60% marks. Work doesn't matter if you don't have 60% marks

Amazing place to work in. Great people at the top level, Very grounded personalities. Amazing cafeteria, provide meal and free coffee. You can also play table tennis
