This is the residential luxury condo, the two 3 star hotels, is at the front.

Booked an unit from Airbnb for a 3 days 2 nights stay. Everything was fine and the services provided is really quickly in action. The view is breathtaking, but the soundproof of the house wasn't that good.

Nice residence and mall next to the beach, but beach not for swim.just for the lovely scenery!

Overall is ok. Only thing is that it was not told that there wasn't a free parking. Guest will have to fork out RM 5 per entry on weekends and RM 3 on weekdays. So avoid making multiple entry in a day.

Amazing view, not much facilities. However it is fairly near to the city (Jonker) and only about 15-20 Minutes away from Klebang Beach

The apartment is spacious and luxury. Clean and comfy. Suitable for small gathering for 3-4 families with children. Swimming pool at level 16. The view is very beautiful. The element is just a walk and is in tower B. Reasonable price. If you want to feel a luxurious house with affordable price..can try this place. Overall 8/10.

Disappointing pool procedure !! very bad service !! If you want your guests to wait for dry from the wet pool, you need to provide a drying place! not security guards tell guests to wait until it is dry before they can go up to our room !! just rental house (homestay) is a good!!

The price is not too expensive, so I can fall asleep watching the night view, but unfortunately I can t see the sunrise

Great beach view. 7/11 is located on the ground floor of Tower B for added convenience.

Airbnb stay here was amazing. Check out thermos' listings. One of the cheapest and he actually provides a pdf with all the good food and activities to do and places to visit around malacca and its so cute.

Pool procedure is a total letdown. Security guarding the pool with a very bad attitude.

Very supportive his easy to check in/check out and greatfacilities.

The AirBnB host is ok, not bad. View is stunning beautiful. From G floor to 15th floor will take about 21 seconds. Not so many shops in Elements Mall.

i have problem during staying here
1.i can't open the tv even though already follow owner instruction
2.owner ask me to park at level 5 for residential area but not informing us need to park inside the fence . the problem is i park at wall written residential parking area but did not highlighted also need to park inside the fence for residential guest. During check out my card blocked already and i need to pay rm30 to activated the card.The owner and the management did not helping us at all.
3.the cleanness of the house also quit bad , mattress got yellow mark ,got one chair damaged and outside toilet they did not collect the rubbish and cover toilet bowl also take off already.

Great place for a family get away..many options for accommodation..easy to get to..great view..parking can be a bit troublesome..cause access to Silverscape is only from lvl 5 of the parking area(correct me if I m wrong)..if u park at lvl 6..u will have to got down 1 floor..but overall its worth a try..

Best to sit here even for a short 3 days, close to places of interest in Melaka. Highly recommended for staying near here. Dissatisfaction with the road to Melaka, will repeat again soon. But that day the elevator residence was damaged, you can only use one elevator and you have to wait a very long time and the first day there is no water. Please let go if you go again it will not be a problem for services like that again. But the best place.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and most importantly, the view on the balcony is beautiful, very worth the stay. There is a swimming pool on the 13th floor, a view that can see the view of the pool and the sea, beautiful wheels.

Located next to a dead mall. Kinda quiet. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the straits though.

Apartments are spacious and cheap, quite $ .38 / night. With views of the Straits of Malacca. This apartment has a very strict security system.
There are facilities such as a beautiful swimming pool, gym and sauna. Please note, this apartment does not provide sandals in the room, so don't forget to bring sandals.

This apartment is equipped with cooking utensils, electric stove; washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, extra bed and balcony for relaxing and drying clothes. On the ground floor there is 7eleven which is ready to meet your needs.

Many restaurant choices near this building. And can be reached by just walking. Don't forget to use google map to explore every place.

It was okay. The view is nice but how 30++ level of building have only 2 lift. We need to wait quite long and no aircond at waiting area.

Not well kept event tho it's a new property. I believe the TOP was in 2018 or so. Lots of cracks, and leaks.

I wanted to give 4 to 5 star but suddenly hold back as i counting some problem with the infotainment system and to many password challenge . However the hygiene of the microwave could be better and the instruction could be easier by the owner. Hopefully it can be better in the future. Whether i will come back to use Silvercape.. absolutely.. no worries...

Stayed at Attic Homes. It was really a good place. 40th floor. 1 king bed. Nice city + sea view. Suitable for couples. The host is really friendly.

The view outside the master bedroom is breathtaking. It overlooks the swimming pool and the sea. The master bedroom's attached bathroom comes with a bathtub that has the sea view too!

The unit that we have rented A18-14, is clean and comes with basic cooking and washing facilities. It is a perfect quiet getaway for families of 4-5. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay with nice City & Seaview.. Got a lot homestay managements giving you a nice place to stay and get enjoyable time with loved ones.

I plan to stay because easy access to shopping mall to get food & drink. But shopping complex close down.

Now, transportation to other place. Wasting my time for travelling.

As of June 2019, it's still new, so it's very beautiful! However, various troubles still occur! There are various troubles such as air conditioner failure, water leak, ceiling crack, etc.! It's important to get along with the repairman (laughs)! Also, the repair method is rough, so be sure to check it yourself when repairing and address the repair method as far as you can understand, and the repair level will rise! After that, cleaning after repair is not done properly, so you have to do it yourself!

Booked an apartment via Airbnb for a 3 day 2 night stay. As you can see, the view was absolutely breathtaking! We stayed in a 3 room apartment with balcony and sea view. The master bedroom came with a bathtub with a view of the sea. It was a luxurious experience taking a bath with the view in the morning. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us. Master comes with an attached bathroom and there is a common bathroom which was spacious enough. They had very big swimming pool which was overlooking the sea as well. We spent most of the time on the balcony looking out into the open sea as. Will highly recommend investing in this property or just buying it for own stay. Will most likely come back to Silverscape the next time I am in Malacca. The mall wasn't open when I had visited last year, should be fully up and running by now.

So comfy! But remote is hard to handle and watch Netflix

Value for money staying in an apartment booked thru airbnb. Facilities at tip top condition but most importantly...the view is fantastic...makes one look forward to return to the apartment to soak in linear pool or bathtub that has beautiful seaview.

It's a nightmare staying here, luckily I'm just a tenant and moving out soon. Items in the unit malfunction one by one (e.g. blocked sink, spoiled cooker hood, aircon . . . ) It's is so hard to get the management to send a service team to fix it. A couple of times, we made appointment with them for the service, they will tell you that they cannot turn up at the last minute. Electricity is charged at commercial rate (higher than residential rate), minimum charge of water bill of RM 26.50, no complimentary carpark (need to pay RM 80 per car per month).
