The communication was lacking at critical moments, which made the entire process feel disjointed. 🥴 While they offered some interesting concepts, the execution didn't quite meet the standards I was hoping for. Additionally, their responsiveness often felt delayed, leaving me waiting for updates longer than anticipated. Overall, I believe there's potential here, but it requires a lot of refinement to truly stand out in the industry. 🌫️
