After the 2nd negative customer experience, I am done with this company. They are good in marketing and selling, but as soon as they have your money, they simply do not care any more. I have three items on pre-order which I will still buy from them in order not to lose my deposit, but then, after having spent thousends of dollars with them, I am done with Sideshow. Would recommend to look for another supplier who really cares for you even after purchase.
A great experience between them and us (clients). The page can be fixed like in the shipping for little things that are bought together. The products are super high quality.

After I was promised a check refund for two of my orders that came from Pop Culture Shock Collectibles, SS later contacted me saying that they are not going to refund me and if I didn't take their credit that the case would be considered closed. I obviously did not want Sideshow credit, I wanted my money refunded to me and instead I was lead on and lied to by customer service and given the run around until this company could find a legal loophole to prevent from giving me my money. Scummy, shady, and unprofessional are just some of the choice words I have for this company and PCS for literally stealing and running off with my refund. Avoid these companies like the plague and NEVER pre order anything or you too will see your money stolen from you. PS, I waited for my statue for two years before this all ended with them telling me that they will not be issuing me a refund of my money. This is a shady, scummy, scam of a company and I would strongly suggest going elsewhere to purchase statues or figures.

I've ordered several collectibles from Sideshow and had good experiences. I had a couple of items I bought through their retail site arrive in less than perfect condition, however in both instances they within a few days had a replacement or offered compensation to make the issue right. I wouldn't hesitate to pre-order or buy from them in the future.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY SLOW SHIPPING. THEY SURE ARE TAKING THEIR TIME AND DISRESPECT CUSTOMERS. ALL YOU GET IS GENERIC MESSAGES. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
This company is fantastic. I had been wary based on some of the negative reviews, but gave them a try. 5 separate transactions later, and couldn't be happier. There has been a hiccup too, which was immediately addressed by their team. I own 8 total now with one on the way, and these are great. Ventress and Kenobi are mind blowing. Can't wait for Rex!
