From my experiences here, I would definitely say to look into your showing options (CSS, Showing Suite, etc). Over half of the 5 star reviews on google are people who actually work for this company. The bad reviews are from the real estate agents who have used this product.

Many real estate agencies use ShowingTime in NH and it's really great. Not sure why all the negative feedback. It's easy to call or schedule an appt on line and it is so much easier than being scheduled through the office or through the agent. Keep up the good work!

We just switched to Showing Time and I absolutely hate it. I can't schedule multiple showings from my iPad or phone. I can't see any type of calendar with my showing schedule. I used to also use a showing calendar off my phone for one easy place to keep all of my showing appointments. If I could make a decision for our Realtor Association I would have never purchased this Showing Time. It sure hasn't made my job easier, but the opposite.
