I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the support I received from Andrew and Anthony at ShoppingOnline.global (Heavins.ie). I’ve spent ages trying to get my Epson ET-2710 Eco Tank printer to work on my MacBook Pro (2019), both over Wi-Fi and via cable. As someone who is reasonably tech-savvy—I’ve dug through Epson forums, installed drivers, and even watched YouTube tutorials—I know my way around a computer. So, it’s frustrating to be told to contact the manufacturer when I paid you for a working solution. The communication has been abysmal. I started the process on October 16th, got a non-working fix on the 17th, and then heard nothing until November 3rd—17 days of silence! On top of that, I wasn’t told I needed the original box and manuals for the return, which complicates things if the device had actually worked. Returning it was another headache; I missed a half day of work because DPD didn’t give me a specific collection window. Now, the printer is just being sent back with a vague "good luck." Andrew and Anthony seem to have completely checked out during our phone calls, leaving me feeling dismissed. For a final-year student, 270 euros is a significant amount, and the lack of care and attention to detail has made this experience truly awful. I definitely wish I had chosen a larger competitor with better service.

One-star review. ShoppingOnline.global is misleading; I assumed they were an Irish business, but the experience was far from it. After a three-week wait, the items arrived with poor fit and low quality. I returned them on December 21st at my own expense. While the package reached their Dublin warehouse on December 23rd, it didn't arrive in Germany until January 13th. Since then, there has been zero tracking information, and despite the refund exceeding €100, I still haven't received it. Their support claims the items are "in transit," which is confusing since the tracking label on the returned package says the same thing. Makes you wonder what is actually happening with your money.
