I recently made a purchase from this online store, and my experience was unfortunately not up to par. The selection seemed promising at first glance, but the quality of the items I received was far from what I expected. 🥺

Additionally, shipping took longer than anticipated, and tracking was not helpful at all. I found myself constantly wondering where my order was. When the package finally arrived, several items did not match the description or images on the site, which was quite frustrating. 😕

Customer service was another area of concern. I reached out for assistance regarding a missing item, but the response was slow and not particularly helpful. It felt like they were overwhelmed and unable to provide the support that customers might need.

Overall, the shopping experience fell short for me, and I doubt I will return. It’s definitely one of those situations where the initial appeal did not translate into satisfaction.
