Easy to use. Good price point. Love the convenience of clients able to star their favourite photos. Wish it would send notification after they did though. And it would be nice if the invoice receipt got emailed automatically each month. Other then that, great program!!! Very nice interface!

Good luck if you need to contact support! I've been emailing and calling for 3 days because a clients 16x24 metal print was damaged upon arrival. Still waiting to hear from shootproof on what to do! Meanwhile, I'm looking like the slacker to my client that has been using me for a few years! Not impressed, and I will not be using shootproof anymore. I've Never had to call support before, as I've never had an issue, but been using this service for a few years and was quite pleased, but this lack of support and making me look bad to my client is a deal breaker!!!!!!! So long shootproof!!!

Just got off the phone with customer service. Talk about top notch service! I was having a some what difficult but at the same time simple issue and Laura swooped in and saved the day like the Queen of the Amazon (The official Wonder Woman of customer service)! Thank you so much for your super hero efforts to help me Lara you are the best. Shoot proof is lucky to have people like Laura on their team!

I am a graphic designer and photographer in Southern CA. I believe I joined Shootproof pretty early to them starting out and features were simple but what I needed at the time as I was looking for a hosting site for my photography galleries but a way for clients to order prints as well. I wasn't big on dealing with packages and prints. Their service has been pretty awesome and met everything I wanted. They always got back to me right away with any questions I had and made it easy for my clients to view their photos. Since then they have grown and added so many great features, I use them for my whole business as I can invoice and get paid for my photography and graphic design work through them. Clients can download all their photos through their gallery. It streamlined all I do, so I haven't had to look any further.

I have been using ShootProof for a number of years now and have always enjoyed it. I like how many options I have in the gallery not just with viewing, printing, and ordering but file delivery and sharing with vendors, emails and more. I am even given a free gallery from my editor and I would still rather pay to have ShootProof.

If you re wanting to streamline your process in the business side of your photography, Shootproof is seriously a great way to do it. I absolutely love having my invoicing, contracts, galleries, and product ordering all on one platform. Any time I ve had a question, customer service has been amazing. I also love how well their website does on mobile devices, since I do a lot of my invoicing and contracts on my iPad- it s super annoying when you can t access everything on a mobile browser, and I haven t run into that with Shootproof at all. If you re looking to take your business up a notch, and save yourself some time, this a great way to do it, and well worth the small cost.
