Phone message always full Never Empty. No Email address. There scan very slow to upload a slow typer faster then to see what the upload is easy to load double invoice's. NO INVOICE # in scan's. So how is this to be found in quickbooks..

Shoeboxed is my outsourced scanning service. While I don't necessarily use all the available product features for myself, the good people at Shoeboxed scan in a timely fashion (and excellent quality) my business cards, meeting notes, bank statements, invoices, receipts, etc. where I have them flow into my Evernote account. No more piles of paper!

I can not express how much Shoeboxed has done for my organization. We have three businesses and thousands of receipts. In the past it was a hours and hours or organizing and documenting and filing these receipts. Now the work is done for us. I log on and categorize the uploads and with the push of a button can run a report. Thank You Shoeboxed!

I've been using Shoeboxed for well over a year and find it invaluable. Not only does it track my mileage but I can keep track of receipts for three different entities. For my personal use, I assign the receipt to my initials. I then have two different categories for my business and my husband's business. It helps me keep track of what's deductible and I can easily run reports to see how much I've spent.
My accounting was a breeze this year since I simply submitted an excel spreadsheet to my accountant with all my transactions.
From a personal standpoint, I like that they partner with the TEACCH autism program and employ people to scan documents that may otherwise not be able to support themselves.

Costs jumped this year 44%. Caught it late and tried to cancel, but company has a strict 30-day refund policy. #DISAPPOINTING

I've been using Shoeboxed for well more than a year now and it's fully integrated into my effort to organize my home. We keep a pile of Shoeboxed blue envelops at our mail table and documents that need to be scanned go into an envelop. They get scanned, labeled/tagged, and I can search later when I need to. As an Evernote user, I have Showboxed integrated so I can archive my documents as well.

In addition to receipts, I do mail in my greeting cards, wedding invitations, archived documents, and correspondence. It's really neat to be able to search and find old letters I have forgotten about knowing that they are safely backed up.

Most recently, I've found the turnaround time from receipt to scanned to be significantly faster than in the past. Not important to be personally but always a welcome sign to see improvements made in the back end processing. My few interactions with customer service has been very positive. They are very responsive and timely. Thank you Shoeboxed team. Look forward to being an ongoing customer.

We've been customers of Shoeboxed since it's very beginning and don't have enough good things to say about this service. We originally signed up because I had been trying to scan and organize our documents/receipts manually and found it to be incredibly time consuming. Shoeboxed makes it so simple to stay on top of this basic, but very necessary accounting task. Don't waste timing "thinking about" if it's right for you... just do it!
