On of the best luxury hotels which has been open for many many years now. The hotel lobby and rooms are quite impressive. The use of marble and imported glass chandeliers are impressive. The hotel has added more lawns ans rooms to the hotel. Located in kukas. Services are good.
Extremely Poor Hospitality. The Sales guys are extremely rude. We had gone to visit the property for booking for an occasion. They talked to us on phone through the guard outside the gate itself and did not make us visit the property. How can they call themselves in hospitality profession. Even if they were the only place in Jaipur, there is supposed to be a basic etiquette. I'm sure it's good days are going to get over soon given the attitude of the team here. Would never recommend this is anyone.
Good hotel and resort. But if you have seen one rajput palace then u have seen it all. Forts are different but palaces are all same and this hotel was built on a palace theme.
Beautiful property, built like a palace. They have over 100 rooms and gardens for weddings. The rooms are quite spacious. The Rajasthani food served was very nice. Very courteous staff.

Good location in the highway..nicely built but its not more than a 3 star property. Just an ok experience.
Nice peaceful resort, many marble statues and lust green wedding lawns available for kids to play nd njoy.
I have visited this resort this week.It's a wonderful resort which is following all the covid related protocols and maintaining the hygiene and the safety of their customers.The rooms are very well decorated and gives a homely feeling amidst nature. The quality of food was very good and hygienic.The staffs and managers were all very helpful and co-operative and where all following the safety measures during covid.Overall it was a very wonderful and pleasant stay and would recommend all my friends to choose this resort if they are planning to visit Royal city jaipur any time in future.
Very well maintained property. Away from the city. Place to be for calmness and enjoy the ambience. Very cordial staff. Tasty food and amazing rooms.
