actually i do not know to describe my feeling.. i am not it savvy person but i insist to create my own website with wordpress.. so i found shinjiru.. what i can say is just one thing.. DO Not choose this company.
email hosting service: system broke down a few times with no explanation. Locked our company emails without notice. Checked with them and they said they did it because we sent spam email which is certainly NOT true. so disappointed with their service. Called their customer service once, the person on the phone was giggling with other colleagues while attending to me.
Now i can't even log in to my company email , have to send another ticket. Only choose them if you like sending customer service tickets.

Far cry as compared to foreign hosting companies,,lots more needs to be refined

Support tickets were attended by sub par support staff EXCEPT 2 shining stars - lady called Aina and another bloke from technical department(forgot his name) These 2 GREAT people deserves special mention for their great knowledge, helpfulness, promptness and patience to help whenever or whatever issues arise...Can't say the same for the other handful of support staff who have attended to my issues

Hosting credit card stealing site (posing as Netflix) -- tried to reach out to them via the email address on their website and it was bounced back as "Blocked".
I guess they'd rather hear from Netflix's lawyers.

Hosting Not reliable , not even secure .

My clients mail get hack ,they said is my clients computer kena virus, ok fine, if like what they said, how come web mail host at shinjiru kena hack, but other website webmail(same client) host at the other company still safe. they never fix it and said is my client computer issue.
they sent mail and reply cancel in 24 hours, my contract end in nov.

The teams are very helpful dan fast-responding. Good services that Shinjiru provided.

WORSE support ever. Call in & ask to submit ticket. After submit ticket & call, the support say cannot let IT Support talk to me, only can wait for IT Support reply my email. So the phone Support just to pick up call & ask you to wait email reply? And guess what, email reply misunderstand my email & pass me to Sales. Well done, Shinjiru is expert in ruin their client's life perfectly.
