Sheraton Reston

Nice but a bit dated. Very good service and very clean. Rooms are nice too!

Reminded me of a hotel that used to be nice in the 90s, but now everyone s moved on to the newer hotels. Honestly, it s a bit depressing. The room was clean and well maintained, but I won t be back.

On the plus side, the water pressure in the shower was good. Presumably because the hotel was empty.

Not sure if its just me or others are not complaining. The mattress in the room is worn out, dips by almost 4-5 inches, TV doesn't work (shows weird screen), after you login to the wifi you see this error screen, water isn't working in fitness center, they run of towels. Do I say more?

great place conveniently located to DC, Baltimore BWI airport and Reagan, currently undergoing complete renovation.

For the price we got, it was Ok. Stayed just for one night and there was some good and some bad. (Not worth it if you are paying >100)

Walking in the main lobby is pretty nice, decorated and furnished pretty well. The receptionist was kind but miss read our reservation as we had breakfast included. The room was fine, but had a weird smell and was so so dry in there. No being able to open the windows at all, was a huge discomfort.

The gym was actually good side but, the elliptical machine was broken, also they did provide towels and ear buds which was a plus! But the water machine was also broken. The free weights in there were also very limited and horrible design for actually working put.

The breakfast had a good spread for a hotel breakfast. The server was nice. Your options for drink were only water, oj, or coffee. Food was bland but expected, fruit was under but expected.

Over all it was Okey for what we needed at the time and not anything over the top and definitely could use a cleaning and some fresh air.

(Last thing walls are very thin so might need to change your room as we heard the neighbors radio or TV on for a while as we were getting ready to sleep)

Convenient location to Reston businesses when traveling. Parking is sort of odd but plenty of it. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning is good, not too expensive. Will stay again when I have to do business in Reston.

Good hotel and is being updated. They have a free shuttle service that runs on schedule and will try to accommodate other trips. Also, have nice artwork in rooms. The staff is also friendly although I had to call accounting to have them remove the tax from my bill after I left.

Me and my lady enjoyed this place. Five stars all day

Visited Mar2020. Superb location, just next to Dulles Airport, in a quiet suburban town near the capital district. A few restaurants sit within easy walking distance nearby (<5 mins walk), all of which do good-flavoured food (and large portions). Reston town centre is only ~30 walk away (if that) for more adventurous eating out.

The hotel is about to undergo refurbishment, to modernise and brighten the rooms (at present, they are somewhat 1971).
Nonetheless, the hotel is comfortable and has good services, ideal for the business traveller. Breakfast buffet available, not the cheapest, but you do get a fair range of foods to eat, so the value you get is all you can eat.
