Most important is the management i recommend that you ask for angie she is very knowledgeable and professional she also take time to explain everything honestly and clearly i definitely recommend this and recommend anyone who is reading this review to ask to deal with angie bcz she is the best at this

Angie is the best, she takes care of her business with the tenants. The place is very warm and inviting. Best property manager thus far.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful neighbors, great layouts and the management is friendly and helpful! The location couldn t be better. Plenty of great shopping and restaurant choices within walking distance from our apartment. Happy to call this my home!

We are current tenants and have lived here since November of 2020. We absolutely love it here so far! Our unit is clean, new, spacious, and feels like a home! We love our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit with attached garage. Angie has been a wonderful property manager for us & made our transition smooth and enjoyable. This is by far the best apartment/luxury condo we've ever lived in.

Have lived here for 4 months and have had a great experience. Units are very well constructed. Beautiful finishes. Love the three bedroom floor plan. Any minor issues have been addressed promptly and the snow removal has been always been done quickly. All in all a great experience!

We re new to the neighborhood and so far so good :) The move in experience was great. Angie was super helpful and great with letting us know what we had to do. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice. Any questions we ve had, Angie has answered quickly and has always been pleasant to talk to. Also, our unit was super clean and the maintenance man, Mike is great too. We had a small issue and it was fixed very quickly. Overall we really love being here so far!

Went and looked at these apartments and they are very nice. Property manager is a nice person as well. Answered all of my question. And I decided to apply based on the information provided. After applying the story changed and was denied. I lost $120. I wouldn t have bothered applying if it there was no chance of being approved

The place it s self is great. Hard to find something so nice and reasonable around here. The layouts are perfect and the grounds are super clean as well so that is a big plus! Five stars to the awesome super helpful staff!!

Angie - the property manager is very friendly and communicative. She is always understanding when there is an issue. Being a contractor for the condo complex she has made our lives easier whenever there is a problem. I highly recommend living here as you will not be disappointed in the luxury living condos and the property manager!
