Met one of the pain management doctors from their Tuesday night and a couple of office employees... i really liked his approach to dealing with chronic pain. Nice guy Dr. Lanny...I liked the issues he brought forth...I would have no problem having Dr .Lanny take over my treatment.

This is one of the best places to work in Fort Smith. They offer compwtitve salaries and benefits.

This business is used as contracted billing services for many area medical facilities. They do not send accurate or correct bills, and calling them is no use - you wait on hold and then get dropped to a mailbox. They then never return voicemail. The poorest customer service experience I've ever had from a medical office.

I had no idea who or what this place was. The letter says "Our records show that you do not have Medicare, Medicaid or Insurance."
Really?? I am 69 years old. Of course I have all these programs and more. Sounded like some scam to me.
I called and talked to some snippy mouthed young man. He started asking me for information. I could'nt get a word in with his continual speel.
I finally could talk and told him to take me off the list of whatever this stuff is for. Then told him to leave me alone.

Very poor service.

Wrote them a letter on 09/08/2020, still have not received a response. Called Alliance Health about lack of response and directed me back to them.
It is about a bill that was paid back in May.
Total lack of customer service
Can I rate them zero stars!!!!!!
