Very good NYC burger! It's worth visiting! The price is around 15-20 dollars a combo with potato and soda! Worth it!

Shake Shack is an amazingly high quality chain and this location is no different. Not quite as busy as other more obvious outlets, this has the benefit of being in the gorgeous Grand Central Terminal, completely refurbished.

Good but a little mong and a little expensive. Real steaks

Service is good, cleanliness is apt. However, the taste of their burgers in this location is not as impressive as the one in their museum of natural history branch.

They offer refills on their drinks and it is a beautiful thing.

This was the last place open late in grand central on my way back to Westchester. Without Shake Shacks long hours I might have eaten the seat in front of me or missed the last train on the Harlem Line. They have mayo in packets at pick up and that's my favorite fry sauce.

An average burger, not worth the hype or the line! They have gluten free options which is nice.

Waited 15 mins for a shack burger only. Couldn't wait any longer - at the rate the servers were going, it looked like it would be at least another 10. Not sure what was happening in kitchen, but no one was being served! Had to walk away to catch my train. Order was placed at 11:50. Walked at 12:05.

Good burgers but nothing amazing, lots of people and faces. There are better options nearby

This place is really overrated. Don't get me wrong the food here is decent at best. Nothing to write home about. Really not worth standing in riddiculiosy long line for.

Great place to get a bite before heading off on the train. Went during rush hour and was able to get a meal in 20 minutes and it was delicious. Also I saw one of the cooks dab so that was a highlight for my day.

What s not to love? I ve had their shackburger and chick n shack with fresh, crunchy outside soft inside crinkle cut fries. The location gets extremely busy at times (which isn t a surprise) and worth the wait.

A whole discovery. Although going to New York is tempting to eat fast food to save money and because we are in the land of the hamburger, at least you have to try to avoid McDonalds and a great option is Shake Shak for a price somewhat higher than a menu of McDonald will eat a very tasty hamburger. Surely you repeat!

You can have a shake shack burger here. Smoke shake is awesome but it comes with Chili pepper.

Not recommended for breakfast. While o.k. the egg sandwich was on a hamburger roll, a roll with more body is better. Worst, they didn't have coffee. :(

Located inside of grand central terminal in the lower level at the food concourse. I highly recommend their burgers, the patties are really tasty. They have limited seating and the line can get really long. Be prepared and hasty when claiming tables and chairs!

The staff are friendly and they do give you a buzzer once you ve ordered.

Of the best burgers I could taste in New York. They are addictive. I order them accompanied with potatoes with cheddar cheese and bacon, that the cheese is also very rich.

Quality price is very good. I recommend it for all lovers or not of hamburgers.
